    Jessica Simpson had a pretty crappy birthday last Friday when her boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo broke up with her before her party last weekend. Now, people are saying that Tony called it off with Jess after he found text messages from the failed county singer’s ex John Mayer on her phone. An insider says “They were hanging out and he picked up her phone and she got defensive about it. Tony found messages from John and went ballistic. Tony dumped her right then. He walked out and that was it.” It sounds so much like high school drama doesn’t it?

    The actress has recently been encouraged by her father to give up her boyfriend Tony Romo because Joe Simpson thinks that he is having a deteriorating effect on Jessica Simpson’s career. A source said this about Jessica Simpson’s predicament: “Joe now feels that Tony has become too much of a distraction for Jessica. Any free time she has, Jess wants to spend with Tony. But rather than blaming his daughter’s work ethic, Joe points the finger at Tony.” Yeah, falling in love can do that to you. It does however suck when the dad is the manager. I guess Tony Romo is going to have a great time with Jessica Simpson’s father given this little bondage that already exists between them.

  • Fashion line for ‘curvy girls’ la Jessica Simpson


    Jessica Simpson has flopped at a recently concert but she is still determined to make the headlines and she now claims that she knows enough about what kind of fashion curvy women want and therefore is all set to create a new fashion line for woman with a full figure.

    As recently as just last month Jessica Simpson hit the headlines when pictures of her looking somewhat heavier were taken while she was on stage during a concert. That prompted fashion aficionados to criticise her for her weight gain.

    She says, “I want to create clothes that flatter every figure. I know how a dress can make you feel so frumpy. We want to reach every type of person. I know what flatters a woman, and trust me, I’ve been judged a lot in my life. By now I know what works if you’re curvy.”

    I agree Jessica has had to put up with all sorts of judgments on how she looks, acts & sings. So, i do believe she is at liberty to know, what us bigger size women need.

  • Jessica’s tears finally falls down


    Jessica Simpson appeared apathetic about the controversy her ballooning figure has caused thanks to support from sister Ashlee, brother-in-law Pete and even former husband Nick. However, Simpson finally broke down and gave way to those tears during a performance at the Grand Rapids, Michigan last Thursday night. She has been rudely criticized for gaining weight and showing it off no thanks to her high-waisted jeans and Fendi wide belt. The singer, who was in jean shorts and cowboy boots, was on cue for her 35-minute opening act but suddenly forgot the words to the song.

    The show must go on so wiping her tears, Simpson continued to perform in front of an estimated 9,000 strong audience albeit at a low energy level. This was plainly evident when she sang “With You” and “These Boots Are Made for Walking”—songs that were supposed to be sang upbeat. Simpson continued her performance but did not establish any connection with her audience, most of the time turning her back against them or looking straight into the crowd. Simpson admitted she was feeling vulnerable that night. She even paused in the middle of “With You” to drink water. At the end of the show Simpson dedicated her last song to her sister Ashlee saying she has given her strength when she felt like walking off the stage.

    Jessica Simpson stepped out wearing a bold pair of leather pants when she performed at University of Virginia’s John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville, Virginia last week. The 28-year old wannabe country singer opened up for Rascal Flatts. Jess never outright mentioned her fuller figure but did say “Please remember, no matter what you go through in life, somebody else might have it harder. So just appreciate. I feel like in our world today we focus on so many things that are completely pointless.” Is that another way of her saying that there are so many others fatter than her?

  • “Speedfit” charged Jessica Simpson over the DVD Contract


    Alex Astilean, owner of the fitness company “Speed fit” charged the sensational singer Jessica Simpson because of her unprofessional behavior. Jessica was contracted in 2005 for a fitness DVD to be filmed over her.

    But soon she refused to shoot without giving a reason which cause a large delay in DVD release. Her manager-father Joe Simpson reportedly refused to sign off on the project, preventing the Speedfit from releasing the DVD. The Company owner sued her to court declaring it as an rude behavior. The anoth2er internal news says that Jessica messed up with the crew members during the shoot and walked away.

    This are the very old publicity stunts performed by marketing persons for the better selling of further releasing DVD.

    I think she should settle their quarrels and release the DVD as this will destroy her image. Also that she has spent much of her chasing Tono that she has completely lost direction of her priorities and is simply out of shape at the moment.

    The actress has supposedly been advised by Steve Guttenberg to try a role in pantomimes. He said: “I’ve been talking to her about when I did my stint in Bromley, UK, and she’s keen to experience the panto for herself. I told her how I’d picked up 100 grand for four weeks’ work – that’s going to appeal to anyone!” Is Jessica Simpson in need of money or what? I thought famous movie stars don’t even mention sums and they do everything just for the love of acting and not for the material benefits. Could I have been wrong? But 100 thousand for four weeks sounds a bit little from Jessica Simpson, especially with her singing career and all.

  • Do you want to smell like Jessica Simpson?


    The stunning “Do You Know” singer Jessica Simpson and her lovely dog Daisy have launched her new fragrance at Dillard’s in Dallas, Texas.

    The fragrance was named “Fancy” and it was launched on October 18.

    What is still not clear is that whose perfume is this? Simpson’s or Daisy’s?

    I am afraid that if I apply some fragrance and it starts smelling like little Daisy? What will you do then?

    Above all the so-called sugary fragrance is made up of ingredients like “pear, apricot nectar, toasted almonds and caramel, plus a flowery dash of gardenia and jasmine.”

    With all these nuts and flower juices the fragrance was supposed to be a sweet and sugary one.
