  • Charlie Sheen formally charged over bust-up with wife Brooke Mueller

    Actor Charlie Sheen will face three charges over his Christmas Day bust-up with wife Brooke Mueller – but the couple are now allowed to contact each other.

    The star was formally charged with felony menacing and two misdemeanours – third-degree assault and criminal mischief – when he appeared at a court in Aspen, Colorado, on Monday.

    Sheen and Brooke were both at the court for the hearing, where the judge agreed to amend a protective order so they can make contact.

    The couple reportedly hugged at the end of the hearing before leaving separately.

    Sheen is still not allowed to drink alcohol, harass Brooke or possess firearms.

    He allegedly threatened to kill Brooke and held a knife to her throat in the Christmas Day incident.

    Brooke has recently been in a rehab centre in North Carolina after being hospitalised in LA after getting a fever following dental surgery.

    Her brother Scott Mueller said that she is in “better spirits” and said the couple are “trying to work out the problems”.

    Sheen’s next court appearance is scheduled for March 15.

    Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller is recovering at a treatment centre after “almost dying”, according to her stepfather.

    Mueller is reportedly staying at the Two Dreams rehabilitation centre in North Carolina – but not for addiction treatment, according to her lawyer.

    Instead, she is said to be there to recover from a bout of pneumonia, just weeks after the Christmas Day bust-up that led to Sheen’s arrest and charges of assault.

    Now Mueller’s stepdad John Fiore said: “She is there. But it’s a recovery place, and it is in a resort setting and the picture I’d like to paint more is that she’s seeking help she wants to, she’s dealing with this.

    “This is a lot to deal with and I commend her for finally, you know, she couldn’t go back to the house, what is she going to do? With all the problems and the stress? She’s getting help and her mother is with her.

    “I commend her for that. The positiveness of this is that she is recognising that she needs help and she can’t do it on her own.

    “The main thing is it is all about the kids. It really is. These kids are gorgeous, I miss them dearly. I was with them for a month straight and they’re just incredible kids.

    “They’re young enough and hopefully this will all be behind them. The kids are still in California with Charlie and the nanny.”

    Fiore added that she is “majorly stressed” and recovering from battling pneumonia and “almost dying”.

  • Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller moves back into home as Sheen moves out

    Charlie Sheen’s wife Brooke Mueller has reportedly moved back into their LA home as Sheen moves out.

    Sheen, 44, was arrested over Christmas at the couple’s Aspen home over a domestic violence incident.

    A temporary restraining order was then put in place by a judge ordering Sheen to stay away from Mueller.

    However, Mueller has now reportedly left the house in Aspen, and it is claimed that she has now moved back in to their LA home and Sheen has now left.

    It is also claimed that Sheen’s attorney is asking a judge to drop the no-contact order and his plea is being supported by Mueller’s attorney.

  • Prosecutors want Charlie Sheen restraining order to stay in place

    Prosecutors want the restraining order between Charlie Sheen and his wife to stay in place – despite the couple asking for it to be lifted.

    The Spin City star and Brooke Mueller had asked a judge to dismiss the protection order, which was put in place following Sheen’s domestic violence arrest.

    The couple reportedly want the order lifted so they can reconcile and patch up their differences.

    But on Wednesday, prosecutor Arnold Mordkin filed a motion opposing their request. A judge is expected to decide the outcome on Monday.

    Sheen, 43, spent 10 hours in custody on Christmas Day after a scuffle with Mueller at her rented home in Aspen, Colorado.

    The real estate investor called 911 at 8.34am and told police Sheen had held a knife to her throat and threatened to kill her.

    The actor, who denied her accusations, was handcuffed and arrested on suspicion of second-degree assault, menacing (knowingly placing someone in fear of imminent serious bodily injury) and criminal mischief (willfully damaging someone else’s property).

    Police confirmed that all three charges were “coupled with a domestic violence component”.

    Sheen, who wed Mueller in 2008, was released from custody after posting an $8,500 bail bond. He is due to appear in court on February 8 next year.

  • Charlie Sheen faces prosecution in February after alleged domestic violence dispute

    Actor Charlie Sheen is facing prosecution in February next year, after an alleged domestic violence dispute with his wife Brooke Mueller, which landed the actor behind bars on Christmas Day.

    Sheen was booked for investigation of second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief after allegedly fighting with his wife during their festive celebrations in Aspen, Colorado, where they were spending the holidays with their nine-month-old twin sons.

    He was released later on Christmas Day and returned to Los Angeles, while Mueller remained in Aspen.

    A decision on whether to prosecute Sheen is not expected until shortly before his next scheduled court appearance on 8 February 2010, according to Chief Deputy District Attorney Arnold Mordkin.

    Sheen’s menacing charge is the most serious and usually carries a sentence of two to eight years in prison and a fine of £1,250 to £312,500, according to Mordkin.

    Meanwhile, the couple will undergo counselling together in the New Year 2010, according to Sheen’s manager Mark Burg, who adds, “There are no plans for divorce.”

    The actor wed Mueller in May 2008, following a messy divorce from his ex-wife Denise Richards.

  • Connor Cruise will not appear on Melrose

    Rumours that Tom Cruise’s son was to appear on TV’s Melrose Place are not correct.

    The budding actor, 14, was said to be set to join the cast of the CW show after a listing appeared on his Internet Movie Database page.

    “There’s no truth in it,” said a representative for the show.

    Connor Cruise is set to appear in Red Dawn, a remake of a Patrick Swayze movie, alongside Watchmen star Jeffrey Dean Morgan.

    The original Red Dawn, which was directed by John Milius, starred Swayze, his future Dirty Dancing partner Jennifer Grey and Charlie Sheen.

  • Charlie Sheen says twin sons have made him a better man

    Former hellraiser Charlie Sheen has confessed having twins sons has made him a “changed man”.

    The actor has just celebrated becoming a dad to Max and Bob with wife Brooke Mueller.

    He already has a daughter, Cassandra, 24, with former girlfriend Paula Profitt and daughters Sam, five, and three-year-old Lola with ex-wife Denise Richards.

    But in a new interview with In Touch Weekly magazine, Sheen reveals his two-month-old twin boys had made him a better person.

    Asked by In Touch if his sons had changed him, Sheen replied: “Yes, of course. They’ve made me a better man. People think when they get married it will solve selfishness and be about the other person but that doesn’t really happen until you have children.

    “My wild ways ended in 1998 so I’ve had over a decade of being a sober, contributing, law-abiding member of society. Sam and Lola were lucky they came into my life at a time when I was a lot more conservative, and the boys as well.”

    Sheen also revealed he would tell his sons about his wild past, adding: “Oh, of course. I’ll be completely up front and honest. I would try to show them how to be a man rather than tell them.

    “I would teach them the same things my father [Martin Sheen] taught me about integrity and morality and always telling the truth.”

  • Weight issues force Charlie Sheen to leave son in hospital

    One of the twins of Charlie Sheen and wife Brooke Mueller was left in the hospital three weeks after being born not due to a heart problem but because he needs to pack more weight. Charlie Sheen representative Stan Rosenfield said Max has to be left in the hospital because he still has to gain the required weight before being allowed to go home like his twin brother Bob.

    However, baby Max is expected to comply with his weight requirement and be reunited with his brother soon. Brooke Mueller gave birth to their twin boys last March 14. This is the first for Brooke Mueller but not for Charlie Sheen who has three daughters by his ex-wife Denise Richards and a previous relationship. The twins are however his first boys. The weight issues being faced by baby Max is not something to worry about as it is common among infants born without reaching their full term.

  • CHARLIE SHEEN AND DENISE’S CHILDREN ARE ALRIGHT


    On Friday, Sam Sheen, 4, and her sister Lola, 3, were passengers in an SUV involved in a four car pile up in Malibu.
    According to several reports, their car was being driven by their nanny and it was apparently cut off by another vehicle and the accident madness followed.
    The girls are ‘ok’ and did not sustain any mayor injuries. This is because, according to an inside source, the children were seated on their car seats making the trip much safer.
    I know I really don’t like Denise, but at least the kiddies are safe.
    Whew.
    It’s a good reminder for us all to buckle up!
    And if you have kiddies, make sure you have the right safety seat for them! LEAVE AMY ALONE!
