Amy Winehouse has been busted by the police on Wednesday for drug possession. It was just last week that the singer was questioned by police on charges of assault and later let off with a caution. This time around, she might not get so lucky. The 24-year old British pop wreck was again arrested by so-called appointment. This incident is apparently related to her crack smoking video a few months back. Perhaps there was some problem if they consider the many offenses she’s committed and that she really shouldn’t have had any drugs in her hands at that time. If we could trust Pete Doherty’s words, maybe jail would do Wino some good – though it’s doubtful.

She may look like she’s rail thin and without any strength in her but don’t forget that Amy Winehouse’s beehive may have some sting. Scotland Yard is apparently investigating an incident in which Wino allegedly head-butted a 38-year old guy in London. According to the UK media, the man’s offense was hailing the ‘Rehab’ singer a cab. Be a good Samaritan to Wino and you get a head butt in return – nice. What was she thinking? She could get thrown in jail for that! Maybe that was the point so she could be with her husband. But then again, there aren’t any co-ed jails.

Britney Spears may not have broken any laws in her fender bender on Saturday night but she may have thought that she did and tried to cover it up. In a video shot by CelebTV.com, you can clearly see the recovering pop wreck hop over from the driver’s seat into the passenger seat in the aftermath of the 3-car crash. Did she consider telling people that she wasn’t the one driving only to change her mind later? In any case, everyone knows that Britney isn’t the best driver. It was a minor crash anyway. I’m sure she can be let off.

Crazed Naomi Campbell flew into a rage over one lost bag — after 20,000 pieces of luggage went missing at Heathrow’s trouble-hit Terminal 5.

The model, 37, allegedly spat at a cop who was called to calm her down — then laid into him with her fists.

She was arrested on the spot for assaulting an officer, and then restrained after a struggle and hauled kicking and screaming off the plane in handcuffs.

Naomi was released on bail this morning. At 1am her press agent, Celena Aponte gave a statement outside the police station, saying: “She arrived in plenty of time at Heathrow Terminal 5 with two bags, checked them in, and told they were take the flight. Once on the flight, she was told one bag could not be found and was missing.

“British Airways decided to resolve this by insisting she leave the flight, calling the police, and forcibly ejected her from the flight. So far as we are aware, BA has still failed to offer any explanation as to why her bag went missing at Terminal 5.”

Ms Aponte said Miss Campbell was flying to LA to attend a memorial service of the mother of fashion photographer Herb Britts.

In a not so unexpected turn of events, yet another celebrity sex tape has emerged online. The victim this time? Lindsay Lohan.

The video supposedly shows Lindsay performing oral sex on her ex-boyfriend Calum Best. The video was allegedly taken with Best’s cell phone.

Lindsay is denying that it is her in the video. A friend says, “But privately, nobody believes her. It is her.”

This is not the first time Best has been “caught on tape”. He allegedly filmed a hooker pleasuring himself last May.

Sounds logical, right? Well, maybe in a normal relationship. However, Britney’s business manager is Howard Grossman. He is good friends with….wait for it….Sam Lufti. He won’t comment on anything right now, though.

Sam is a sneaking thing, too, so any friend of his would be a little suspicious to me. Cops still haven’t served the restraining order on Sam because they haven’t seen him. The judge did find out, though, that he talked to Brit on the phone Sunday, so he added to the order that there could be no contact whatsoever between the two.

There’s more to the Britney Spears madness than just custody battles and dating paparazzi. Proof of that is when police showed up at the pop wreck’s house again on Wednesday night. It was another night filled with helicopters, dozens of paparazzi, Britney’s mom and even Alli Sims. The scene was total chaos. Rumors are swirling that the pop wreck tried to commit suicide. Thankfully though, she is said to be without harm and nothing serious happened. Whatever may have gone down in there, this is just another reason why she needs to get substantial help and not just popping any medication.

It was reported that Amy Winehouse checked herself into a rehab facility on Tuesday night but that is not the case. The troubled singer was seeking medical treatment that night in London but it had nothing to do with her drug problems. A rep for the singer has cleared things up saying that “Amy is not in rehab. She was seeing a doctor who she regularly sees as part of her ongoing treatment. It was a regular appointment which she attends all the time. She has not checked in overnight.”

That’s such a shame. Amy is one person who definitely needs to go to rehab. Can’t they force her in there?

R. Kelly may have been a no show to his court date the day prior but the singer wanted to be a good little boy and actually showed up 20 minutes early for his re-scheduled hearing on Thursday. He reportedly did not show the day prior because his tour buses were detained in Utah.A sharp looking Kelly arrived in court and paid no mind to the waiting paparazzi. The judge continued the hearing until Friday which meant that he would be in court during the day time and doing his other job of singing at Chicago’s United Center come night time.

If you say Amy Winehouse is a hot mess, chances are that everyone around you would agree. And no one knows this fact better than her own mother. Mother knows best after all.

In an open letter which was published in the UK’s News of the World, Janis Winehouse pleaded for her daughter to get help. In the letter, Janis writes “You are still my baby and you always will be. I pile hope upon hope that you will make that decision, Amy, and your strong will can bend for just a moment to make that decision and come home to me… Early fame has overwhelmed you, it’s dizzied you and muddled your mind… remember you’re just an ordinary human being, no stronger than any of the rest of us. You think you’re strong enough to get through this on your own, darling, but you’re not.”

While Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea still has another home to sleep in, the person living in the Malibu house he owned that burned down can’t say the same. The said man happens to be musician/producer Butch Walker.

A source close to the rock star reveals that “Butch lost everything. He had been renting Flea’s house for a while and was in the process of buying it. The house completely burned down.” What’s especially crippling to Butch, who had a home studio, lost the masters to every song her ever recorded – computers, equipment, instruments, song lyrics, everything.

Friends of his are now rallying together to help get Butch the essentials like clothes for him and his baby and are hoping that someone in the position to help will.

Amy Winehouse was in between concert stops come Friday. You would think that she would take the time to rest up and gather some energy, but not our little Wino. The ‘Rehab’ singer was spotted leaving her London apartment at 3:45 AM early Friday morning. While most people are asleep at that time, Amy is up like the bat that got splatted on her eyes.

Amy Winehouse’s husband Blake Fielder-Civil was officially charged with attempting to pervert the course of justice. Well things just went from bad to worse for Blake because the judge refused him bail. Winehouse was said to be sobbing uncontrollably and yelling ‘I love you’, as her husband was led away in handcuffs. He was remanded at London’s Thames Magistrates Court on Saturday until 23 November. Yeah sobbing that this idiot has been caught while trying to commit such a petty offense despite being a non celebrity he is hitting the headlines just because he has a celebrity wife. Look at him just look at him, he knows he has committed a crime and yet he thinks he will be able to get a bail for himself, that’s what I can call an over expectant person who ever thinks practically just imaginary. His advocate and his legal counsel would have suggested this to him and they just would have told him that we are taking a chance in case the judge turns out to be a jerk ass. As it happens to be the judge is not a jerk ass and Blake can spend the next two weeks in jail.

The shoot eventually had to be canceled and cost the studio 70,000 pounds. Amy is one girl whose going down the drain everyday. She gets up in the morning and is quite like Britney Spears these days, there is always something weird brewing up in both their lives now days. Amy, when she is in Canada there she is caught carrying cocaine or heroin in her hand bag, she cancels video shoots and gigs very much like Britney who at times will forget to pay her dancers. And right now she in that phase of her life that if her manager or anyone tells her that it has cost the studio 70,000 pounds she won’t regret it she will simply pay the money and show off.

A federal judge in Atlanta on Friday approved T.I.’s release on $3 million bail but ordered the rap superstar placed under house arrest pending his trial on felony weapons charges. The double Grammy winner is also barred from possessing any firearms and having any contact with witnesses or informants in his criminal case. The judge has barred him from speaking to the witness or any informants because they clearly think that he will try and influence the witnesses and might be bribe them and try to do something so that they do not speak the truth or give information against him. Judge is I think trying to get to the bottom of the situation and he clearly think that T.I is hiding the truth from the courts which the courts want to unearth. The Judge cautioned T.I. not to “do anything that will undermine” his case, or “a number of very bad things will happen.” Very bad things – he is there occupying some space on earth what can be worse than that – eliminate him.

Kid Rock claims Pamela Anderson lied about a miscarriage during their brief marriage last year. The woman is a pig. I feel sorry for her boys. What a mother! If she was such a great mother as she claims to all, why would she act in such a way as to cause them grief? Lindsay Lohan is responsible for breaking up a British heiress’ marriage - after the actress slept with her husband in rehab, according to reports. The 21-year-old star was linked with musician and father of two Tony Allen, 40, earlier this month, following a spell in the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah this summer. I think that it is ridiculous that Lindsay has to sleep with everybody what happened to the good girl that people actually liked now she is just a X@@##! that should have her X@@##! kicked because if it were my man that she slept with I probably would have beat her face in. These things just keep coming about these celebrities that they have made out with this person they met in the loo and this person they met in the rehab and another person they met at the parking lot during the music awards. For heaven sake it not as if they are stars so they go ‘home wrecking’, the opposite sex would have made some moves to make her interested. Why just keep blaming her all the time.

The Las Vegas Police Department is on the hunt for Kid Rock after he allegedly decked Tommy Lee at the MTV VMAs.

Details as to how the fight started are still sketchy but an eyewitness said that “Tommy got it pretty bad.” Both musicians were escorted out of the awards by Palms security moments after the scuffle which was caught by a Reuters photographer.

According to the AP, rap producer Rich Nice was an eyewitness to the fight. He said that while Kid Rock threw the only punch that landed, it was Tommy who started the fight. He described Tommy as the antagonist before he got up off his seat which prompted the punch from Kid Rock.

Apparently, there’s one person Heath Ledger can quit. Ledger and his fellow Brokeback Mountain Oscar nominee—and parent—Michelle Williams have ended their three-year relationship together. Another Hollywood hook-up bites the dust. Raise your hand if you’re shocked… that’s too bad, they really seemed like a sweet couple. It’s nice to finally see some people in Hollywood doing the respectable thing for once and being friendly, as well as refraining from trash talking each other. Too bad more parents (especially those in the Hollywood spotlight) can’t seem to do the same. But the fact that they have kept mum on the issue and not traded anything bad against eachother in the aftermath is highly commendable and truly not like the other breakups that are a common occurrence in Hollywood. This shows that the two have decided to end their relationship as an official relation but they can be or might be together even at this moment. We hope the two live happily and see each other often, who knows the spark might still exist and may blossom again.

According to the Daily Mail, the singer who left rehab for the nth time was spotted around London early Thursday morning with cuts and blood on her face, legs and feet. Her hubby Blake had cuts on his face as well.

Scotland Yard said that no charges would be filed in connection with the incident.

By Friday, the couple was seen strolling the streets of London. Wino spoke of plans to go on a holiday. It should be good to get away from all the drama for a while.

People magazine reported that Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline has gone to his lawyer to make a request for sole custody of their two children. Papers were filed yesterday asking the Judge for the kids. Ever since their split Britney has been on a downward spiral. It’s not as simple as a drug addiction, its actual mental decline. The girl is literally going crazy. Losing her kids would be terrible but if she can’t take care of herself how will she ever take care of them?

Two dogs belonging to actor Ving Rhames apparently mauled a man to death at the star’s home Friday, authorities said.

The 40-year-old victim, who has not been identified, had lived on the property and worked as a caretaker at the home for about two years, police said. He was among those responsible for caring for the dogs, said Los Angeles police Officer Sandra Gonzalez. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

Three bull mastiffs and an English bulldog were seized by animal services, police said.

“Two of those dogs appeared to be responsible for the tragic death,” said Officer Jason Lee, adding that several dogs remain at the property.

Police were called at about 7:15 a.m. by someone reporting a dead body at the home in Brentwood. Gonzalez didn’t know who made the call.

“The victim had a large number of bites and scratches which appear to be dog bites,” Lt. Ray Lombardo said during a press conference.

The victim was found on the front lawn, Gonzalez said.

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday, said Capt. Ed Winter of the coroner’s office.

“It’s premature to say how he died,” Winter said. “We don’t know if he was attacked by the dogs and suffered a heart attack.”

Rhames, 46, an action star who appeared in the “Mission Impossible” series, was not home at the time of the attack, Gonzalez said. The actor told Time magazine in 2001 that he had “eight Fila Brasileiro mastiffs the national dog of Brazil, also used by U.S. Marines in jungle warfare.”

Calls to Rhames’ agent, Steve Muller, were not returned.

It seems like nobody learns anything by other people’s mistakes. Instead they must make them as well. “Prison Break” star Lane Garrison was in court today on manslaughter charges. He killed a 17 year old boy while driving under the influence after leaving a Christmas party last year. The boy, Vahagn Sedian, had been a passenger in Garrison’s vehicle. The father of the victim accused Garrison of acting in court today. He said that Lane’s grief was exaggerated and that he was selfish. Another passenger who had been injured in the accident stated that Garrison lied about who was driving the vehicle that night. Lane faces up to six years and eight months in prison. The sad thing is that this isn’t a story about a young Hollywood diva but rather a grown man. Nobody has an excuse when it comes to drinking and driving. The worst part is that it’s never the drunken idiot who gets killed, it’s always an innocent. I’m sure Garrison will get more than the slap on the hand the girls are getting but nothing can equate their level of stupidity.

This family makes all other disfuntional families look like the Cleavers! The article claimed in it’s title that the judge ordered Michael and Dina to “shut up”. That’s NOT what she said. I just wish she had! If any parents needed to keep their mouths COMPLETELY shut, it’s these two. It’s not enough to stop “picking on each other”. They also need to stop their sound bites to the media concerning ALL members of this family and their troubles. Certain things need to be treated with respect and privacy. It cheapens them individually and the lives of the family members to put it all out on display. I think this is all about the money power game, her mother wants more money from her underage daughter, there she is willing to send her to jail and then ask for money for the media to pay for the interviews and about the way she spent her time behind the bars. Paris Hilton could not land a deal about the story behind the bars, now let’s see if Lindsay can go one up and clinch a deal. It’s a mad mad world out there and the name is HOLLYWOOD!

For Nicole Richie, four days in jail will be an intermission in her glamorous lifestyle: No miniskirts, no stiletto heels and no time off for good behavior. House arrest is not an option.

For her wrong-way freeway trek in a Mercedes-Benz, Richie was slapped Friday with a sentence of nearly four days in jail, a fine of $2,048 and orders to attend drug and alcohol rehab.

“She’s not gonna be coming in here wearing a miniskirt and pumps,” Burbank police Sgt. Thor Merich said, describing a spartan lifestyle that would await her if she goes to that city’s jail.

“We pretty much go the bare minimum,” he said.

Prosecutors said Richie will serve the time in a city jail rather than a county lockup. She has the choice of any local jail in Los Angeles County that will accept her.

On Friday, a somber and subdued Richie softly pleaded guilty in Superior Court to a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of drugs in a deal with prosecutors that helped her avoid a potential year in jail on her second DUI conviction.

But Richie, who’s rumored to be pregnant, couldn’t avoid a lecture from Superior Court Commissioner Steven K. Lubell as he gave her 96 hours in jail, then took off six hours for time already served following her December arrest.

He said she will have to follow the law now or wind up in jail for a year.

For now, she will serve less than four days. In jail, Richie will be able to wear most of her own clothing but anything that might be used as a weapon will be taken away, including shoelaces, belts, high heels and underwire bras.

The waiflike reality show star was conservatively dressed Friday in a loose black trapeze style dress which skimmed her body and kept observers guessing about whether she’s pregnant. Her blond hair was pulled back in a knot at her neck just above a scroll tattoo with the name “Richie” and a small red bow.

She arrived and left court with her boyfriend, Joel Madden, surrounded by a cordon of burly private bodyguards.

The co-star of TV’s “The Simple Life” and daughter of pop singer Lionel Richie listened attentively as Lubell told her she was lucky that her wrong-way escapade had not killed or maimed someone.

With the tone of a stern father, he said what she did was “pretty scary,” and could have resulted in the death of her or others.

“The court does not want anything to happen to you,” he said.

Richie could face a murder charge if she continues to drive under the influence of drugs or alcohol and someone dies, he said.

“I hope that never, ever happens,” the commissioner added.

Richie did not respond to his remarks. It was her second DUI conviction. The first, in June 2003, involved alcohol.

She must complete her jail time by Sept. 28 and return to court on Feb. 20, 2008 to show she has complied with the rest of the sentence.

“You are not to drive with any measurable amount of alcohol or drugs in your system,” Lubell told her. “You are not to drive without a driver’s license.”

He said the state Department of Motor Vehicles would decide whether to suspend her license.

Richie was arrested on Dec. 11 after witnesses reported seeing her black Mercedes-Benz sport utility vehicle headed the wrong way on a freeway in Burbank. The California Highway Patrol said they found her parked in the car pool lane.

Richie told authorities she had smoked marijuana and taken the prescription painkiller Vicodin, a CHP officer said at the time. No drugs were found on her or in the car.

Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney’s office, said house arrest was not an option. She will have to stay for the full sentence, pay for her incarceration and abide by rules that limit visitors and perks.

While each city may have slightly different rules on handling its inmates, “a jail is a jail,” Robison said.

That means it’s unlikely that Richie will be allowed to chat on a cell phone, order in gourmet food or schedule behind-bars manicures.

Just like in the movies, Richie could only see people during visiting hours and would talk to them through a thick sheet of glass, at least at the Burbank jail.

If Richie does her time in Burbank, she would probably be alone in a 4-by-10-foot cell because of safety concerns over her notoriety and because the jail has only limited facilities for women.

If it turns out Richie is pregnant, however, the jail would be unable to accommodate her medical needs and she would have to go to county jail probably the same Lynwood lockup where party-girl pal Paris Hilton did part of her time.

At a city jail, for about $75 a day, Richie would have access to a collect-call phone, sleep on a metal bunk with a 2- or 3-inch-thick mattress and eat three prison meals a day (lunch fare often is a ham-and-cheese sandwich and an apple).

But if Richie thinks about turning her stay into another episode of “The Simple Life,” she can forget it.

Britney Spears’ recent photo shoots for OK! Magazine was a nightmare, says editor-in-chief Sarah Ivens. ”I’ve never seen anything like it,” Ivens told The Associated Press in a phone interview Wednesday. ”It’s definitely the most bizarre shoot I’ve ever been on.”Wow I personally think she is going through some major form of Depression, it doesn’t sound like she is mentally stable right now… I think this girl needs Psychiatric care and fast before she completely self-destructs… I mean we all poked fun at her expense at one time or other through all of this (even now) but I don’t think this is funny anymore, I seen people go through these kind of behaviors before and well she needs help before she becomes the next suicide victim and her boys are without a mother…This is longer something as a form of entertainment, she should seriously be taken to a doc and really take a major treatment before we lose one of the most loved and at the same time hated singer of our times.
