You would think that being in jail would get you thinking on not making a mistake but take Amy Winehouse’s hubby Blake apart of the pack. The incarcerated junkie has just been caught doing drugs in prison. A source said “Blake takes heroin whenever he can get hold of it. His claims to be clean are a fallacy and it is obvious he remains dependent. There is nothing to suggest he won’t carry on when he’s outside and back with Amy. If she takes him back into her life when she is trying to get clean it will be a recipe for disaster.
Amy Winehouse fled her home yesterday after being placed under “house arrest” to keep her away from drugs.
The troubled singer - who left hospital earlier this week following treatment for scarring on the lungs - is being monitored round-the-clock and even has a security guard stationed outside her home. Yet despite the measures, Amy managed to sprint out of the house and into a waiting car of her female friends, only to later be taken home by dad Mitch.
According to onlookers, the car sped off for a 20-minute drive only for the singer to jump out of the moving vehicle in Camden, North London, hurl abuse at her pals and run into the nearest pub.
Mitch soon arrived to take her home. Before the incident happened, Amy was reportedly heard screaming to be let out.
An onlooker said: “Amy could be heard pleading to be allowed out for some fresh air, only to be told to stick her head out of the back window. Anyone who rang her doorbell had to be given approval by the man on the door. He left after a few hours, only for another big guy to take his place.”
Record Company bosses have made the decision to keep Amy in her home to keep her away from “undesirables”.
A source said: “Effectively, Amy’s been put under house arrest. She is being monitored by 24/7 surveillance to make sure she is behaving herself and keeping out of harm’s way. There is also a security guard stationed outside her house around the clock to vet any undesirables. Crucially, they don’t want known drug dealers coming anywhere near her. Amy has given them names of people expected. Anyone who turns up uninvited will be sent packing. It’s for her own good.”

The 42-year-old singer was so obsessed with the 64-year-old ‘Mandy’ star she would pretend they were together when she saw him on television. She said: “I used to kiss the screen whenever Barry was on TV!”
Janet – who has been divorced twice - also insists she has no plans to marry producer boyfriend Jermaine Dupri, and is happy with their relationship as it is. She added: “I don’t know if we are going to get married. We’re good where we are right now.”

Pop superstar Madonna opened her heart about her “painful” adoption struggle yesterday — comparing it to natural childbirth. The 49-year-old singer, talked openly about her and husband Guy Ritchie’s controversial battle to adopt Malawian child David Banda, two.
Madonna said: “It was painful and a big struggle and I didn’t understand it. In the end I rationalised that when a woman goes through natural childbirth, she suffers an enormous amount. I went through my own kind of birthing pains — dealing with the press on my doorstep, accusing me of kidnapping or whatever. But I had to go through some kind of process and in the end it made me stronger so I can’t complain.”
Madonna also hit back at accusations that David was adopted without his father’s consent — and that his mother had not really died of Aids.
She said: “Yes his mother did die of Aids and yes, I met his father and he absolutely agreed to the adoption. There is nothing controversial about the adoption. It is just there’s a lot of bureaucracy and administration. This adoption essentially was the beginning of the creation of adoption laws in Malawi.”
She said she now sees herself as the role model for future adoptions there. Madonna was speaking at a press conference about her new documentary I Am Because We Are — which premiered at the Cannes Film Festival on Wednesday. The film, featuring David, paints a stark picture of life in Malawi and shows kids orphaned by Aids.

Madonna is pretty much expected to have a positive result this week regarding the adoption of David Banda but her exploits in Malawi don’t stop there. The Queen of Pop is said to be planning to build a multi-million dollar girls’ school in Malawi for underprivileged children this year as said by her local lawyer on Wednesday. Her lawyer Alan Chinula told Reuters “A task force of four prominent Malawians has already been formed to head the project which will be on the scale of what Oprah Winfrey has in South Africa.” Meanwhile, he also says that Madonna will not attend the final court ruling on her adoption bid because she is busy with other engagements.
Amy Winehouse has been busted by the police on Wednesday for drug possession. It was just last week that the singer was questioned by police on charges of assault and later let off with a caution. This time around, she might not get so lucky. The 24-year old British pop wreck was again arrested by so-called appointment. This incident is apparently related to her crack smoking video a few months back. Perhaps there was some problem if they consider the many offenses she’s committed and that she really shouldn’t have had any drugs in her hands at that time. If we could trust Pete Doherty’s words, maybe jail would do Wino some good – though it’s doubtful.

Amy Winehouse is still keeping up her crazy antics and it’s made her loved ones want to take drastic measures. Wino’s dad Mitch has even come forward to say that he thinks rehab isn’t enough for his daughter and that he wants to do what Britney Spears’ parents did by forcing his daughter into a mental health facility. Mitch told UK’s News of the World “I want her sectioned (institutionalized). The situation is getting out of control. I want her off the street. I don’t think being somewhere for six weeks is going to cure her problems… I want Amy to be somewhere where she will be safe and where no harm can come to her. Obviously as her dad I will try and do what’s best for her. Unfortunately, what I think is best for Amy and what she thinks is best for her are two different things.”

Despite not being able to conquer the top spot in the UK, Mariah Carey has garnered the top spot in the albums’ chart in America this week. She only came in at #3 in the UK with the top spot going to The Kooks. Her ‘E=MC2’ record had been projected to sell around 500,000 units in the US. As of Wednesday, it was reported that the album debuted to a pretty massive sale of approximately 475,000 copies sold. Congratulations to Mariah on that one. Now, the countdown is on to see how well Madonna will do on her first week.
Kylie Minogue has revealed that the first doctor she saw failed to diagnose that she had breast cancer.
Chatting on US TV, the Australian singer told how she was initially misdiagnosed when she went for a check-up before she embarked on her Showgirl tour in 2005.
Kylie told talk show host Ellen DeGeneres: “Because someone is in a white coat and using big medical instruments doesn’t necessarily mean they’re right.”
Kylie added that she decided to continue with the world tour because a doctor has told her she was perfectly healthy. The star heard stories from other women who had been to see a doctor for a diagnosis and were told things were fine, when in fact, they were not.
Kylie said: “I don’t want to say that to frighten people but that’s just a fact. You must follow your intuition and if you have any doubt go back again”.
Kylie has previously spoken about the “anger” she felt after she was diagnosed with the disease in 2005 and how she channeled it into her album X, which reached No.4 in the UK charts last year.
Madonna has dramatically scrapped her two-year bid to adopt a Malawian girl.
Instead she will support the orphan financially from Britain.
The 49-year-old singer told aides she has been left “exhausted” by a mountain of red tape. Her adoption of Malawian son David Banda, two, was finalised this month. Pals were sure she would be bringing home Mercy, also two, as a sister for him.
But Madonna — who has two other children and is wed to Brit film director Guy Ritchie — feared another two years of legal wrangling.
A family friend said: “Madonna wanted to adopt a boy and a girl. But Mercy’s relatives objected and she had a complete turnaround. Everyone was stunned. Normally nothing will stop her. She now believes David will be the last child she adopts. Instead she will support orphans through her charity.”

Apparently, reports are saying that Wino is being “tormented by demons” at her current home in Camden, North London. A friend revealed to UK’s The Sun that “She feels it is full of bad vibes and demons bringing her down.” Wino is pretty intent on moving as she feels her surrounding have affected her well-being and state of mind. Tycoon Aryan Tieleman has confirmed to the Dutch press that the troubled star is close to signing the deal and performing at the opening night of his new Rotterdam nightclub, Watt. He said: “It is as good as certain.”
And when the Dutch say this place is weird, they’re not joking.
The club, which will open in September, will function using human power. A club source said: “The energy will come from urine and sweat from the visitors, and toilets will be flushed by rainwater.”
That sounds more like a festival than a nightclub to me.

After pictures of Amy Winehouse came out with her arm all cut up and bruised, speculations have run rampant that she’s back to self-harming. But according to the British pop wreck’s publicist, all the blame for the cuts is on Wino’s cat. Oh come on! There’s no way that those are from an angry feline. People aren’t stupid. But then again… Chris Goodman, Amy’s publicist from the UK’s Outside Organisation said that the whole cat comment was just another newspaper report and not from him. He says that all he gave the paper was a “no comment”. Darned tabloids! You can never trust them.

In the accompanying interview, the 38-year old curvaceous singer talks about her struggle with fame, being called a diva and reconciling with her father. A stalker is targeting Britney Spears. The troubled singer is said to have received threatening letters and packages in the mail, some of which contained DIY bomb making instructions.

It looks like Britney Spears is up to her old tricks by making crazy requests of LA shopkeepers. Gatecrasher is reporting that Britney walked into a Betsey Johnson boutique on Melrose Ave. in LA and wanted them to copy a Dolce & Gabbana dress – than very day and in all white. When they explained to the pop wreck that they couldn’t do it, Britney decided to take a wig instead – a yellow one on a window mannequin for $100.
In other Britney news, her mother Lynne is reportedly singing praises of her ex-husband Jamie, telling people that he’s “stepped up to the plate”. He’s certainly doing better than you have!
The artist sometimes known as Diddy, Sean Combs, is getting high marks for his acting in the ABC special ‘A Raisin in the Sun’. The New York Times reviewed the TV adaptation of the Broadway play saying “There are no mediocre performances here… That Mr. Combs makes his desires seem like more than empty materialism must come in some part from the fact that he has been hungry at the same table… The play’s most poignant speech is his, and he delivers it with all of the dignified vengeance it demands, showing us that one of the great advantages of money is the power it provides to tell the wrong people off… Mr. Combs commanding and fierce.” I guess his Hollywood aspirations aren’t that far off after all.
Sources say an agreement has been reached with Kevin Federline for Britney Spears to finally get to see her children.
Aparently he has been working with her dad, Jamie, to set up supervised visits for Britney and boys Sean Preson, age 2, and Jayden James, age 1. A psychiatrist and Jamie will both be on hand to make sure things go well.
Reports have said all along that K-Fed wanted Brit to be able to see the boys as soon as she was well enough to do that
After tons of anticipation, Jennifer Lopez finally delivers her twins. Reports say she and husband Marc Anthony welcomed twins at a Long Island hospital early Friday morning.
Baby Girl weighed in at 5 pounds, 7 ounces, while Baby Boy bounced in at an even 6 pounds. They were born eleven minutes apart, with her coming at 12:12 am and him arriving at 12:23 am.
J. Lo’s rep says, “Jennifer and Marc are delighted, thrilled, and over the moon.”
