Celebrity Big Brother star Stephen Baldwin said he regrets the Miley Cyrus tattoo he had done.

The 43-year-old actor, who recently appeared in the UK reality show, told how he wished he had never had his body inked in reference to the Disney character.

Talking about his Hannah Montana tattoo, he said: “My daughters are big Hannah Montana fans and we met her at an event at the White House.

“She saw a tattoo of my wife’s name on my arm and told me I should get a Hannah Montana tattoo. I said if she gave me a guest-starring role on her show, I’d get the tattoo.”

He added: “I’ve already got 17 tattoos so another one doesn’t make a difference. I got a small one of her initials and next time I saw her, I showed her and she nearly fell off her chair.

“It’s unfortunate, I’ve lived up to my part of the bargain but she’s not yet to give me a guest-star role on her show.”

Asked if he will regret it in the future, he said: “Never mind years to come, I regret it now.”

Did you catch Tim McGraw’s amazing performance at the 2009 Academy of Country Music Awards this past Sunday? No? Oh that’s right! The country crooner cancelled his performance at the 44th annual awards ceremony. I doubt we missed much on that though. I would actually prefer to sit through a Miley Cyrus concert than deal with him. According to the country singer’s publicist, Tim pulled out of the performance “due to a disagreement with show producers.” How big of a disagreement could that have been for him to cancel at the day of the event? Did they insist Tim McGraw sing live or something ridiculous like that?

Miley Cyrus was on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show this past Thursday where she talked about her 20-year old boyfriend Justin Gaston. She was asked if Justin got permission to date her to which she replied “Yeah, well actually my dad introduced us.” Billy Ray Cyrus – the enabler. Miley also describes Justin saying “I love him, he is a very good man. He’s older but he is so nice, he’s a gentlemen and he’s a good Christian boy.” Miley also joked about marrying Justin “if he gets a pretty ring.” When she was asked on who she wants to be in 10 years, Miley answered “A soccer mom slash Posh Spice.”

A writer is suing Disney saying that the hit show ‘Hannah Montana’ was actually his idea. Richard Fronduto has filed a lawsuit alleging that he wrote a script back in the day and Disney stole his idea without any credit. According to the suit, Fronduto claims that he wrote a script called ‘The Secret Life of Sindi’, which later became ‘The Family Business’ back in 1990. Supposedly, after his agent pitched the script to Disney, they asked him to turn the script into a 2-hour pilot. He claims that there are several similarities between his script and ‘Hannah Montana’. Apart from money, he is suing to get a “created by” line added to all future publications of the show.

Even though she’s pretty much the biggest skank among her peers, Miley Cyrus still has the magic touch to pull in the big numbers for Disney. Her debut 3d film ‘Hannah Montana & Miley Cyrus: Best of Both Worlds Concert’ aired on the Disney channel to big ratings on Saturday. The film got 5.9 million viewers from 8 to 9 PM. Her show even beat out NBC’s ‘Law & Order: Criminal Intent’ which had 4.8 million viewers. What’s next for Miley? She’s pretty much everywhere these days. I’m so close to getting sick of her really. She needs to be replaced already.

Lindsay Lohan has been having a lot of trouble getting work lately. But of the few that she does get, you still can trust her to do a good job. The so-called actress was billed as a co-host on countless radio spots for the big Wango Tango concert on Saturday night in Irvine but she couldn’t be bothered to show up until 9PM. The show started at 6:30 PM! Organizers were scrambling because they thought she was going to be a no-show. Miley Cyrus even joked on stage that Lindsay was flaking because she was afraid of her. Lindsay showed up after Miley went on. It may hold some truth.

Billy Ray Cyrus went on the record to say that he won’t be making any cameos on his daughter’s online show ‘The Miley and Mandy Show’ but one place that you can catch the father-daughter team together is at the 2008 CMT Music Awards. The ceremony was held at the Curb Events Center at Belmont University on Monday in Nashville, Tennessee. Miley rocked a very mature look for the red carpet of the awards show.
