Britney Spears has been told to pay $400,000 of ex-husband Kevin Federline’s legal bills in their child custody battle. The pop star’s lawyer said Federline should pay; claiming his attorney had hiked his fees.

She told how he recently tipped a waitress $2,000 on a $360 bill.

But a judge at a Los Angeles Court said Britney, 26, should pay as her actions caused most of the legal wrangles. He also favoured Federline, 29, for taking responsibility for kids Preston, two, and Jayden, one.

It’s only been two weeks since Nicole Richie gave birth to her daughter with boyfriend . Mama is lookin’ fine already!

They left baby Harlow home with a sitter while the couple attended a birthday bash for Benny Medina in L.A. Nicole’s father Lionel was also there.

Wednesday night marked the christening of the new ‘Spice One’ Virgin Atlantic plane at Los Angeles International Airport. Naturally, the Spice Girls were there for a photo op. But a lot of people were in for a surprise when Emma ‘Baby Spice’ Bunton came out to join the rest of the girls on crutches. What happened to the baby? She got a booboo? Let’s just hope that her injury’s not too serious and wouldn’t impede her performance in any of their reunion tour dates. It’s a good thing she gets plenty of rest between shows.

It appears that her spree of bad decisions isn’t over yet. Apparently she wasn’t a bad enough role model for her boys. I guess her album’s doing so poorly that she has to steal just to get by.

According to the owner of a Sherman Oaks, California, Chevron gas station, Britney stole a lighter from the store on Friday night.

Britney stopped at the store and bought a pack of gum. On her way out of the store, she picked up a blue lighter. A photographer who was in the area reminded her that she “forgot” to pay for it, and she “sarcastically responded, ‘I stole something. Oh, I’m bad!’”

What the crap? How much does a lighter cost?

Jatinder Kaur, the owner of the Chevron, had this to say, “Yes, Britney stole a blue lighter here last night. The lighter is $1.39. I’m hoping maybe the next time she comes back she will pay for it. I know she can afford to pay for it, but I’m not planning to file a police report. It’s still not right for her to steal the lighter. I hope she will do the right thing the next time she comes here.”

The drug tests and court dates apparently have not kept Britney Spears from finding a new man. It was love from the moment he asked for her order.

Reports are that the former (current?) pop diva has been secretly dating Michael Marchand for about two weeks. She met him when he was her waiter at Mirabelle, a Los Angeles bistro.

Inside sources say the pair has been texting each other quite frequently and Britney has been seen having dinner with him several times. On Tuesday, the pair was caught leaving a restaurant together and photographers snapped the pic.

Those close to Britney say, “Their chemistry was immediate. He’s very turned on by her.” Umm, hello? He’s a warm blooded male and is breathing, right?

He’s not commenting right now, although we can bet he’s dying to spread the news that he’s the latest of Britney’s rash decisions. His only remark so far is to smile and say, “I can’t talk about that right now.”

As for Britney, she’s picking out wedding rings and looking for a justice of the peace in Vegas. Gotta snag him before he realizes what he’s gotten himself into!

Keanu Reeves fights, and sometimes talks, in slow motion. It doesn’t look as if he drives that way, though. The paparazzo who was reportedly knocked down by The Matrix star’s Porsche in March, presumably while he was trying to get a shot of the actor as he pulled out of a parking space, sued Reeves for negligence on Monday. I second what all above said yes the actors/actresses know the business but we as a society have to realize they are human as well, make mistakes, if we would just all remember that the news of one of them messing up wouldn’t be such a big surprise …they are not held with higher esteem then us..geez people. The other thing is that why are we always targeting the celebrities, why does it always have to be a pap involved. They are the ones who are chasing the celebs and they more often than not over do their work. Instead of clicking their pics and making way from the celebs to go they wanna peep inside their cars and look what happening in there. There is bound to be some mishaps.

Actor Orlando Bloom feels “lucky” to be alive after escaping a car crash in Los Angeles unscathed. The Kingdom of Heaven star was driving through the city when he crashed into a stationary car during a chase with photographers last month. I think they were very lucky to escape without any serious injury. It could have been the second Lady Di accident and with more serious injury. You just wonder why they can’t be left alone. Why do everybody has to chase celebrities like they do. Orlando or any of the other celebrities are not leaving LA in a hurry anytime soon there are going to be many opportunities everyday to click a photo of these maniacs and so they should be patient and not risk theirs and other lives just to have a picture of their pursuant. Well hopefully no one gets hurt like this cause someday some of them could be in jail ruing the fact that the celebrity they were pursuing wasn’t worth the jail sentence they would be facing.

If I had Natalie Portman’s body, I would do nude scenes! I mean, she may be a little flat chested but so what, she’s still thin and in great shape. But I guess she sees it as more than her body.. morals, who knew! “I’m really sorry I didn’t listen to my intuition. From now on, I’m going to trust my gut more. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is say no.” Wow, she regrets is already? That’s fast. I haven’t watched the clips or looked at the photograph stills from her nude scene, cause I just don’t care that much, but if you’ve seen it let me know if its a big deal. I mean, a big deal would be getting nude and pole dancing and whatnot. If it’s tasteful, I don’t see why she regrets it. But I think she’s right; the most powerful thing you can do in Hollywood is to say no.

This is a great case in point of the rumors so many people believe. Why would anyone believe that Brit would be going on Sesame Street? Where do people come up with these rumors? Like ‘Sesame Street’ would really want a trouble singer like Spears on the show. She can hardly keep her panties on! And why when you read that it is not true and has never even been discussed with her….why do you insist on slamming her anyway? Is K-Fed paying you? All random drug tests for Britney have been clean while K-Fed is caught on Video tape smoking pot…..then take care of their kids. Britney has certainly reacted to K-Fed taunting of her but most judges expect that from a CAD and tend to give the CAD enough rope to hang themselves. Keep watching coz that boy will be without child support soon now and with any luck he could serve time for slander.

Just when you think Britney Spears’ life couldn’t have been made any harder, it actually does. The sad part is that it’s her own doing. Her parenting coach has submitted her report to the court and it’s reportedly not so good.

Sources say that the 2 ½ page report says that Britney totally ignored the coach like she was just a potted plant. The coach says she was unable to teach Britney anything because the pop wreck refused to listen.

The report will play a critical role in determining if Britney should regain 50/50 custody. It also states that Britney ignores her kids, often disappeared and wasn’t around the kids or the coach and spends more time on the phone and changing clothes.

The judge is setting an example for the rest of party outgoing parents who choose to have children and in the lime light. These parents are no different then the non wealth except they can afford nanny’s and luxuries. She should show respect to the courts, follow the rules she is given as it isn’t helping matters. I’ve heard of worse cases. Britney is should be setting an example for the rest of other mothers and fathers going through the same thing. Fine have fun in a fun way. Most people would be sentenced big time just for the drugs and driving under the influence. Get your respect back for yourself and family. And anyways though I have always felt that it’s her life that she has to live, I’d still expect her to at least live some part of her life for her own kids. What fault is it of the kids that they have been born to a mother who is famous and doesn’t care about them when they are just toddlers?

You know that if she were a down town pretty girl trying to copy Diana’s style I would have given her a 10/10 for choosing Diana as her icon and the person she’s like to look like but a fashion freak like Victoria Beckham trying to take a leaf out of Diana’s dressing sense puts you in doubt weather she has her own she own sense that what she would like to present herself as and she has her own fashion line. She would be more believable if she was not forever striving to bet her picture in the media……she is a very poor advert for “girl power” Victoria Beckham is truly a wana be. She should take a look at her miserable life and get on with it. She has tried several times to re invent herself; it is now time to give up.

A ray of sunshine just shone on Britney Spears. But maybe we should make that two rays of sunshine. Britney’s mom and youngest sister, Lynne and 16-year old Jamie Lynn, were spotted arriving at LAX airport on Friday. They were reportedly en route to have a reunion with the estranged pop star.

A source told People that “Brit really needed her mom. So Lynne flew out and they met.” A few months back, Britney gave her mom a letter which asked that the grandma stay away from her kids. But now, she’s reached out in a positive way because of recent happenings in her life.

Let’s hope the rest of the Spears clan can do something to help Brit.

Demi Moore & Ashton Kutcher are reportedly “embarrassed and angry” after learning that candid camera phone snapshots are circulating in cyberspace. With all due respect: in this day and age, is ANYBODY THIS DUMB ANYMORE as to leave nude pics where someone’s grubby paws can get ahold of them? Dumb dumb dumb People, people, people, if they didn’t want those pictures to be seen, they would never use a damn camera phone and then lose the phone with all the pictures in it. I doubted they freaked out, they were probably jumping up and down. And now that they have their pics all over the net they are pretending as if it was not meant for general public viewing or do they want to tell us that they had planned to release a few more pics that were on Demi’s handset and she forgot to leave her mobile in the cab while Ashton worked according to plans and left his mobile phone in the cab. What ever the plan was the pics are there on the net and now whatever excuses these two want to make, we know what the intentions were and we are not going to be fooled.

First it was Angelina Jolie, then it was the turn of Madonna and now we have actress Mary-Louise Parker who has adopted a baby girl from African continent. Look, this is what happens when a personality like Angie does steps like adopting from Africa rubs on to the others and they also follow suit to do something good by adopting from poor African nations. Parker, 43 who already has a 3 year old son, Will with ex-boyfriend Billy Crudup. These are the good things that happen in Hollywood and these are the things that we need to read and speak about with pride. Wouldn’t it be great that her son will be brought up in an environment that is multi-cultural and probably multi-lingual too if the girl is taught her native language when she grows up. Her boy will know his sister is from a different part of this world and different race but lives with him and plays and shares all his toys. It will be a great learning thing for him as well as her. The Casino Royale DVD sold 2.3 million copies in the first half of 2007, ahead of The Queen DVD in second place. James Bond is by far the best selling movies of all times, even if the recent reports that the movies of Harry Potter have sold more it ticket sales and out placed James Bond from the number one slot of all time box office sales, one thing that the people who have made this report would not have taken into consideration is that the first Harry Potter movie was released after 2000 and James Bond – the character and the movies series has being there for more than 40 years. To remain such an iconic movie for such a long duration and to be accepted to a wide generation of cinema goers is what gives the edge to James Bond in my opinion.

A glowing Halle Berry was photographed last week with her growing bump. Berry may only be 3 months pregnant but she is already preparing for her first child as she was spotted shopping at Babystyle in LA. That’s the best part you see for these shopping hungry celebrities, I am not going to start criticizing the celebrities for their over the board shopping habits but you have to give it to them for being so shopping hungry that some of them would start shopping for baby stuff even before they knew they were pregnant or planning to have a baby sometime soon. I think Halle is a person whose not so intent with shopping till you drop dead but most are. Halle told a couple of weeks that she is over the moon with being pregnant for the first time in her life, so obviously she is excited with the news and there’s no harm in going a few places to find the right things for the baby, live it on Halle!

Here we go again! Rumor on the block is that Halle Berry is knocked up. Producers have pushed back plans on filming “Tulia” in October because Berry is 3 months pregnant. Yup, she is! Halle Berry confirmed to Access Hollywood her happy baby news on Tuesday. The actress told the TV show, “Yes, I am three months pregnant! Gabriel [Aubrey] and I are beyond excited, and I’ve waited a long time for this moment in life. Now the next seven months will be the longest of my life!” Oh and good for her because her past men were ASSBAGS. Gabriel is so effin’ man-pretty! Many times the most intelligent looking woman fall for the most absurd looking guys and that’s one part of Halle that I never been able to quite fully understand.

I swear they make it sound like a rollercoaster ride (most fun theyve ever had)i am so into the idea of adopting but not with Angelina and brad, I mean they’re not even married and we know its not gonna last THE KIDS ARE GONNA BE AN EMOTINAL WRECK! having kids is a rollercoaster ride in itself and I think these two have made the decision that the more the merrier so instead of churning out kids themselves and having a waiting period of nearly an year, these guys have thought of adopting when ever they feel the need for one more to be added to the family. But what’s going to be unique about the Brad-Jolie family is that the kids are going to be from all around the world giving the kids an atmosphere that will be unrivalled at least in Hollywood coz I do not know how other’s around the world follow the adopting pattern.

Apparently, there’s one person Heath Ledger can quit. Ledger and his fellow Brokeback Mountain Oscar nominee—and parent—Michelle Williams have ended their three-year relationship together. Another Hollywood hook-up bites the dust. Raise your hand if you’re shocked… that’s too bad, they really seemed like a sweet couple. It’s nice to finally see some people in Hollywood doing the respectable thing for once and being friendly, as well as refraining from trash talking each other. Too bad more parents (especially those in the Hollywood spotlight) can’t seem to do the same. But the fact that they have kept mum on the issue and not traded anything bad against eachother in the aftermath is highly commendable and truly not like the other breakups that are a common occurrence in Hollywood. This shows that the two have decided to end their relationship as an official relation but they can be or might be together even at this moment. We hope the two live happily and see each other often, who knows the spark might still exist and may blossom again.

Hollywood star Mel Gibson is tipped to reunite with Mad Max director George Miller in forthcoming superhero move Justice League. A number of A’ list stars are being linked with the film, which unites comic book heroes Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and Flash. Reunion hahaa, they might be reuniting to produce a big time flop movie. Too many super stars in the same movie and what will each one of them being doing – something like Ocean’s movie, all of them parking in the same parking lot and smashing each others window panes. You can pay big star big money but the most vital clog is having a good script where in all the actors have a significant role to play or else the audiences go to the theaters and find that their favorite movies star is looking more of a jerk delivering dialogues that make him look like a hotel gate attendant rather than a character. I do not mean offense to any those the actors who are in the ‘Justice League’ at all.

Diner bosses claim they used the Hancock film shoot to allow select waiters, waitresses, chefs and managers to take long-overdue vacations, and never planned to use the week as a salary-cutting perk. Not long ago Will Smith was a struggling actor and did TV Shows and sang to earn a decent living, Today when he has become so successful can’t he feel those days when a dime would count as a dollar and a dollar as a 100 bucks. Just imagine just because his film was being shot there at that location others had to suffer with losses in wage. I bet if someone from the staff asked Will to pay for their losses he and Jada would not be willing to do so. Money matters Will and I thought you’d understand that.

Johansson was offered a deal after Warner Brothers talent scouts heard her sing on compilation album “Unexpected Dreams.” And the 22-year-old worries her struggling pals will hold her good fortune against her. You can’t feel bad for them and out can’t go out and tell them, hey look no big deal you can have my contract I’ll look for another one. It’s not a piece of your favorite cake and munchies that you could buy another one, this is serious business and the least you can do is introduce them to a producer but beyond that it’s fate and talent. And then when not only your mother but your little sister, who knows nothing about parenting, agrees that your children should e raised by Kevin Federline, thats also a sign that you’re a partying drug-addict. Bull shit, she should keep her mouth shut or else Kevin will have her pregnant with his child. Right Britney made the decision to have kids but none of us know that what kind ordeal it can be taking care of kids, they are cute and adorable but babies need a lot of attention and caring in their first few year which is something that parents have to experience first hand it is not something like a tailor made story line that we’ve read umpteen times and know what’s going to happen next. Jamie just mind your own business and care for your gonna have babies and let the former husband and wife settle their stuff themselves.

In her first blog update since becoming a resident of Los Angeles less than a month ago, Victoria Beckham has already started to talk like a Valley Girl.

“Hi everybody. Hope you are all well,” she writes on her Web site. “Well we have finally unpacked our boxes and I am loving our new house – it is totally major!”

Beckham, 33, her soccer star husband David Beckham, 32, and their three sons opened the door to their $22 million Beverly Hills home on July 13 and, although she blogged upon their arrival, she hasn’t bothered to file a message in the ensuing four weeks.

Filling her days? For one thing, it seems like interior decor has been a top priority for the English émigrés.

“Just adding some of the finishing touches to it actually and then it really will feel like home,” she says of their six-bedroom home. “On top of that the weather here has been amazing too so we are all a happy bunch.”

Showing that kids can display the same demanding nature on both sides of the Atlantic, Beckham explains that Brooklyn, 8, Romeo, 4, and 2-year-old Cruz are already eager consumers.

“The boys are really looking forward to starting their new school so we’ve got to make sure they are all kitted out with new schoolbags and pencil cases,” she says. “You remember what it’s like going back to school, you’ve got to have a new EVERYTHING!”

Still, while her husband cautiously takes to the field because of a lingering ankle injury, the lady of the house has been checking out the California high life.

“I have been busy having a good look around LA, checking out the restaurants and the beauty parlours,” she says. “Well you never know when you might need a facial!”

Aside from easing into their new environment, the Beckhams, who have been playing hosts to extended family from England, have been social-networking for their business ventures, too.

“David and myself attended a launch last week in Bel Air (very swish)” – translation: posh – “for the launch of our latest fragrance Intimately Beckham, we met lots of people there and I thought it went really well,” she writes.

“I’m also just starting work on my new dVb denim collection – I’m really excited about starting the next project – it’s going to be totally major so keep your eyes open for that.”

It seems as if a day cannot go by without Britney Spears being present at the top of the Hollywood news list. Just days after hitting a parked car there is no escaping trouble for her. An extra from her secretly filmed music video told US Weekly that Britney had a naked pool party after shooting. He said that the pool party turned into a game of Truth or Dare and that Britney was the first to undress followed by others. This behaviour has gotten her into some hot water this time. People magazine reported that Britney’s ex, Kevin Federline has gone to his lawyer to make a request for sole custody of their two children. Papers were filed yesterday asking the Judge for the kids. Ever since their split Britney has been on a downward spiral. It’s not as simple as a drug addiction, its actual mental decline. The girl is literally going crazy. Losing her kids would be terrible but if she can’t take care of herself how will she ever take care of them?

I applaud Mr. Anthony for his comments. Although, I have seen bad kids from good parents. Marc Anthony continues to show style and grace in his personal life as he does while performing. In certain cases it is true that with a strong family foundation most children will carry their values into adulthood. I believe in the situations mentioned by Mr. Anthony, it is the fact that wealth and fame built on the backs of their parents which makes them think they are invincible. These girls have been pampered so badly at a young age that they think life is all but being good. For then being good is boozing all night, having drugs in their pockets as if it were a show piece that makes you free entrant at every disc and happening party in Calif so on and so forth. I doubt that even motherhood would change their perception to life and how to lead a dignified life. But accusing these girls won’t change them, if their parents haven’t been able to and the several stints at the high profile rehabs haven’t been effective then what will?

Two dogs belonging to actor Ving Rhames apparently mauled a man to death at the star’s home Friday, authorities said.

The 40-year-old victim, who has not been identified, had lived on the property and worked as a caretaker at the home for about two years, police said. He was among those responsible for caring for the dogs, said Los Angeles police Officer Sandra Gonzalez. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.

Three bull mastiffs and an English bulldog were seized by animal services, police said.

“Two of those dogs appeared to be responsible for the tragic death,” said Officer Jason Lee, adding that several dogs remain at the property.

Police were called at about 7:15 a.m. by someone reporting a dead body at the home in Brentwood. Gonzalez didn’t know who made the call.

“The victim had a large number of bites and scratches which appear to be dog bites,” Lt. Ray Lombardo said during a press conference.

The victim was found on the front lawn, Gonzalez said.

An autopsy was scheduled for Monday, said Capt. Ed Winter of the coroner’s office.

“It’s premature to say how he died,” Winter said. “We don’t know if he was attacked by the dogs and suffered a heart attack.”

Rhames, 46, an action star who appeared in the “Mission Impossible” series, was not home at the time of the attack, Gonzalez said. The actor told Time magazine in 2001 that he had “eight Fila Brasileiro mastiffs the national dog of Brazil, also used by U.S. Marines in jungle warfare.”

Calls to Rhames’ agent, Steve Muller, were not returned.

There has been speculation for weeks that Nicole Richie is expecting a baby. Her and her rocker boyfriend Joel Madden recently laid rumours to rest by confirming that she is indeed pregnant. In an interview for Good Morning America to air Thursday the two confirm that the reports are true. She is almost four months pregnant. For weeks she had refused to confirm or deny reports but that’s likely for most women in the first trimester. It was just last week that Nicole plead guilty to DUI and was sentenced to a short prison stay as well as conditions. I can’t imagine what it will be like for a couple like them to have a child. Hopefully Nicole will realize that it involves gaining some weight. She isn’t going to have a successfully healthy pregnancy if she keeps up the bony look. I’m sure Hilary Duff, Madden’s ex, is ecstatic that it isn’t her in Richie’s place. I certainly would be.
