When you’ve got over $500 million at stake, you have to hire the best. According to the Times of London, Madonna has done just that by hiring the big name Brit divorce attorney Fiona Shackleton. In addition to repping Prince Charles, Shackleton has also been in the corner of Sir Paul McCartney’s divorce proceedings. But even with a fierce lawyer by her side, Madonna could still lose a cool $250 million to Guy Ritchie since they have no pre-nup. There’s even buzz that Guy may be lining up the lawyer who represented Princess Diana in her divorce from Prince Charles. The Times also points out that if Guy and Madonna were based in the US, Guy would have been entitled to a smaller payout.

I knew that this will happen as soon as I saw her celebrate her 50th birthday.

Finally the day has arrived, when it is officially confirmed that the pop queen Madonna and her loving hubby Guy Ritchie have parted their ways.

After about 8 years of a happy marriage, she is now available for any adventurous male.

The reasons for the split up are not clear yet but Madonna is still continuing her performance in her Sticky and Sweet world tour.

During her performance in Boston on October 15, she told a sold out crowd, “This song is for the emotionally retarded. Maybe you know some people who fall into that category. God knows I do.”

So, if you are ready to take your chances, Madonna will soon be available as an eligible single.

The guy more popularly known as Madonna’s husband is set to direct the new Sherlock Holmes movie starring with Robert Downey, Jr. holmes’ sidekick Watson will be played by Jude Law.
And, despite awful rumors of Sienna Miller joining the cast, I have some very good news.
Rachel McAdams is now being said to star opposite Downey, Jr. in the flick.
McAdams, who was in The Wedding Crashers and The Notebook, will now play Holmes’ love interest, Irene Adler.

Guy Ritchie’s new movie is reportedly in jeopardy.

The director’s film ‘RocknRolla’ was due to be distributed by Warner Bros. in America but the company is reportedly worried it will not be popular with US audiences and are unsure whether to go ahead with a wide-scale release.

Warner Bros. president Alan Horn revealed: “It’s a well-made picture but while it’s funny in spots, it’s very English. I don’t think it’s broadly commercial.”

‘RocknRolla’ is about London gangsters who are battling for a slice of a property scam, and was due to be released in October. Guy, 39, is now attempting to find another distributor.

A sombre looking Guy Ritchie was comforted by Robert Downey Jr. and his wife on Saturday.

The British film director, who is battling constant rumours his marriage to Madonna is in trouble, spent the afternoon with Robert and his spouse Susan at the lavish Beverly Hills Hotel.

A source said: “Guy was having a low-key meal by the pool with the Downeys. He was eating slowly and seemed dispirited. Guy looked like he had a lot on his mind.”

At one point during the meal, Susan leaned over the table and gave the filmmaker a hug.

Madonna is currently in New York rehearsing for her new ‘Sticky and Sweet’ tour, while Guy is in Los Angeles to promote his new film ‘RocknRolla’.

Susan is one of the producers of the movie, which stars Gerard Butler and Gemma Arterton. Guy and Susan will also team up again for a re-imagining of ‘Sherlock Holmes’, with Robert portraying the fictional British detective.

The ‘Snatch’ director has denied all speculation about a split from his wife, claiming his marriage ‘is fine’.
