Judge rules against Jacko’s mother in battle for control over superstar’s estate
A Los Angeles judge has denied Katherine Jackson’s petition for control over her late son’s estate – ruling in favour of Jackson’s long-time lawyer and a family friend.At the Los Angeles Superior Court today, Judge Mitchell Beckloff ruled that lawyer John Branca and music executive John McClain should be the conservators of Jackson’s estate.
The superstar’s mother, who did not appear at the hearing, had filed an application to be the conservator of the pop legend’s estate before a will emerged, which was drafted in 2002, stating that Branca and McClain would be in control of the estate in the event of Jackson’s death.
Lawyers for Katherine Jackson wanted Judge Beckloff to delay the decision, as they said the family were concerned about Branca’s relationship with the singer before he died.
One of Katherine Jackson’s lawyers, John Schreiber, argued that he was suspicious that Branca had rejoined Jackson just weeks before the singer’s death, and claimed that Branca is unfit to look after the estate – which is estimated to be worth around $500m – because he suffers from a disability.
But Judge Beckloff refused Schrieber’s claims and ruled in favour of Jackson’s will.
A bond has been set at $1m to protect the estate in the event the administrators waste or misspend assets.

Britney Spears Acts Innocent
Britney Spears may not have broken any laws in her fender bender on Saturday night but she may have thought that she did and tried to cover it up. In a video shot by CelebTV.com, you can clearly see the recovering pop wreck hop over from the driver’s seat into the passenger seat in the aftermath of the 3-car crash. Did she consider telling people that she wasn’t the one driving only to change her mind later? In any case, everyone knows that Britney isn’t the best driver. It was a minor crash anyway. I’m sure she can be let off. -
Britney’s Twins
Take it for what it’s worth but Britain’s News of the World is reporting that Britney Spears is getting ready to adopt Chinese twins. She can’t even take care of her own two sons, what makes her think she can take care of two more? According to the paper, the pop wreck is telling her friends that “she’s in the final stages of talks with an adoption agency.” I’m actually surprised that she can find China on a map.
Brit and KFed recently had another round of custody talks about who gets the kids for Christmas and other holidays. Maybe that’s why Brit’s getting Chinese twins – to replace the boys that KFed’s getting.

Britney Can’t Drive With Kids
It’s Friday which means Kevin Federline’s gangster lawyer is at court ripping Britney Spears’ camp a new one. In this week’s edition, K-Fed’s people finally got the judge to agree that Britney should not be allowed to drive with the kids in the car. what I find interesting is that she obviously puts the kids in the car to get them to go to sleep… now she’s gonna be FORCED to act like a real mother and cope with her kids being kids. She uses that vehicle as an escape mechanism, because she knows the kid’s will keep it down while they’re in the car. Let’s see what happens now that she HAS to stay home with them. Chances are this unstable streak she has, is gonna worsen and she’s gonna lose it even more. I worry more than ever about those boys right now. Thank GOD there’s a monitor w/ her at all times.

Salma Hayek Prayed For Bigger Breasts
Mexican actress Salma Hayek was so upset by childhood jokes about her flat-chest, she would pray to God for larger breasts. The Ugly Betty star reveals she was bullied for having small breasts as a youngster – and decided to turn to her Catholic religion for help. By praying to God she means praying to plastic surgeons, right? Umm isn’t she naturally “thick” which means she’ll have bigger boobs anyways? Duh. You gain weight your boobs grow. Good thing she wasted a prayer on bigger boobs, what an idiot. Should’ve prayed for brains! lol. What a lire, I have seen her pictures from years ago and they were size be if I have figured it out well. I am quite sure that she has had a boob job done on her breast though I am not sure when. But I certainly can recall her saying that she at some point in time she did a few years ago and probably 3 years ago, right. That’s at some point of time when she broke up with Edward Nothon. SHE THINKS WE ARE STUPID OR SOMTHING AND WON’T REMMBER, EVEN THAT YOU CAN TELL THEY ARE NOT REAL.

Didn’t she say she wanted a quiet divorce but she is raising hell on both sides of the Atlantic? I totally forgot about them until she started talking again. And she was putting him down. The reason for that rant was to try to pressure him into a settlement. And she has admitted taping their marital counseling session and threatening to release the tape. I’m sorry but you’re supposed to go to marital counseling to try to put your marriage back together. She had a devious ulterior motive. She was trying to get him to say something and use it against him. That’s sneaky as hell. And didn’t she call his other daughter evil? And why is she bringing his late wife into her shit? Like I said, Paul might be a total jackass, but he has not said one word about her. And that is driving her up a wall. She is a loon who needs to take it down a few notches. Especially talking about her suicidal thoughts. That’s gonna get her kid taken away. Then she won’t get any money.

Amy Winehouse Blows Off Video Shoot
The hot mess that is Amy Winehouse has canceled or screwed up more shows/gigs/shoots than I can keep count of. Adding to the list of ‘Winehouse Disappointments’ is her latest video shoot for “Love Is a Losing Game.” Staff and film crew waited over 15 hours for Winehouse to show up for the video shoot, but she was a no-show. The shoot eventually had to be canceled and cost the studio 70,000 pounds. Amy is one girl whose going down the drain everyday. She gets up in the morning and is quite like Britney Spears these days, there is always something weird brewing up in both their lives now days. Amy, when she is in Canada there she is caught carrying cocaine or heroin in her hand bag, she cancels video shoots and gigs very much like Britney who at times will forget to pay her dancers. And right now she in that phase of her life that if her manager or anyone tells her that it has cost the studio 70,000 pounds she won’t regret it she will simply pay the money and show off.

Britney Waits on a Cliff
Britney Spears and Kevin Federline’s hugely awaited courtroom showdown ended with a ‘to be continued next week’.The ex couple were together for the first time since their custody battle began. The two were grilled by Court Commissioner Scott M. Gordon during an almost 3-hour, closed-door session. No decision has been made when it comes to the custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James however.
KFed currently has full custody of their sons but one of Brit’s lawyers seems to be pleased and confident that something went right for them. However, Brit was visibly distraught and refused to comment when she came out. She even exited to go to the bathroom 3 times during the session. So who really knows what’s going to happen?

Britney and Her Potted Plant
Just when you think Britney Spears’ life couldn’t have been made any harder, it actually does. The sad part is that it’s her own doing. Her parenting coach has submitted her report to the court and it’s reportedly not so good.
Sources say that the 2 ½ page report says that Britney totally ignored the coach like she was just a potted plant. The coach says she was unable to teach Britney anything because the pop wreck refused to listen.
The report will play a critical role in determining if Britney should regain 50/50 custody. It also states that Britney ignores her kids, often disappeared and wasn’t around the kids or the coach and spends more time on the phone and changing clothes.

Dylan McDermott and his Wife have Separated
Dylan McDermott and his wife of nearly 12 years, actress Shiva Rose, have separated, his rep tells
McDermott, 45, and Rose, 38, have been married since 1995 and have two daughters, 11-year-old Collette and 2-year-old Charlotte.
In a 2001 interview with Diane Sawyer, McDermott says he saw Shiva in a coffee shop and was instantly smitten. “I was in love with her right away,” he said. “For her, it was a little longer, you know, a couple of years. But for me, it was right away. I guess it was grace.”
McDermott, who played defense attorney Bobby Donnell on The Practice, is back on primetime in the new ABC drama Big Shots alongside Michael Vartan, Joshua Molina and Christopher Titus.
Rose recently starred in the romantic comedy David and Layla opposite David Moscow.

Lindsay Lohan Accused Of ‘Home Wrecking’
Lindsay Lohan is responsible for breaking up a British heiress’ marriage – after the actress slept with her husband in rehab, according to reports. The 21-year-old star was linked with musician and father of two Tony Allen, 40, earlier this month, following a spell in the Cirque Lodge rehab facility in Utah this summer. I think that it is ridiculous that Lindsay has to sleep with everybody what happened to the good girl that people actually liked now she is just a X@@##! that should have her X@@##! kicked because if it were my man that she slept with I probably would have beat her face in. These things just keep coming about these celebrities that they have made out with this person they met in the loo and this person they met in the rehab and another person they met at the parking lot during the music awards. For heaven sake it not as if they are stars so they go ‘home wrecking’, the opposite sex would have made some moves to make her interested. Why just keep blaming her all the time. -
Angelina Jolie Visited Disneyland After Taking Acid
Angelina Jolie once took powerful drug LSD before a trip to children’s paradise Disneyland. The star admits taking the hallucinogenic drug before a trip to the tourist attraction in California. Going to a fun place like Disneyland and that too with powerful drugs shows that this country is filled with bad things and bad people who cannot enjoy the beautiful things without getting high. Isn’t Disney meant to be a fun place where you take the kids and the whole family to have fun and enjoy, but Jolie gives us the feeling that America and it’s people just do not know the meaning of entertainment at all. She says, “I remember taking LSD before I went to Disneyland.” She has also admitted to taking coke, heroin, ecstasy, LSD, everything. This way she gives me the jitters as to what may be the condition of all the young stars that are being introduced to drugs in America and how easily they fall prey to these drugs, I think Hollywood is marooned in this matter.

Tommy Lee and Kid Rock Scuffle
The Las Vegas Police Department is on the hunt for Kid Rock after he allegedly decked Tommy Lee at the MTV VMAs.Details as to how the fight started are still sketchy but an eyewitness said that “Tommy got it pretty bad.” Both musicians were escorted out of the awards by Palms security moments after the scuffle which was caught by a Reuters photographer.
According to the AP, rap producer Rich Nice was an eyewitness to the fight. He said that while Kid Rock threw the only punch that landed, it was Tommy who started the fight. He described Tommy as the antagonist before he got up off his seat which prompted the punch from Kid Rock.

Charlize Theron on Getting Fat, Being Pregnant
Charlize Theron is pretty. She’s a great actress and I think she’s unique. With that said, she’s got the completely wrong attitude for motherhood. No, I’m not a mother, but I can tell you if your main concern with getting pregnant is being fat then you need to think a little harder about why you want to get pregnant in the first place. Maybe she is just super into her looks? Well if you wanna get pregnant and have a kid through your own womb then that’s something you have to be prepared for or else why get pregnant in the first place and then scream that it’s getting you to become fat. “Getting pregnant doesn’t excite me, but having kids does.” When you put it like that, pregnancy does seem pretty powerful, doesn’t it? I bet Nicole Richie doesn’t understand fully what’s happening. Charlize I am not going to criticize you for this but if you think so strongly about yourself being pregnant then attend a few pregnancy classes where you could find inspiration to cheer up during the pregnancy period.

Heath, Michelle Call it Quits
Apparently, there’s one person Heath Ledger can quit. Ledger and his fellow Brokeback Mountain Oscar nominee—and parent—Michelle Williams have ended their three-year relationship together. Another Hollywood hook-up bites the dust. Raise your hand if you’re shocked… that’s too bad, they really seemed like a sweet couple. It’s nice to finally see some people in Hollywood doing the respectable thing for once and being friendly, as well as refraining from trash talking each other. Too bad more parents (especially those in the Hollywood spotlight) can’t seem to do the same. But the fact that they have kept mum on the issue and not traded anything bad against eachother in the aftermath is highly commendable and truly not like the other breakups that are a common occurrence in Hollywood. This shows that the two have decided to end their relationship as an official relation but they can be or might be together even at this moment. We hope the two live happily and see each other often, who knows the spark might still exist and may blossom again.

Samuel L. Jackson Visits Troubled Owen Wilson
Samuel L. Jackson was among the well-wishers who visited Owen Wilson in the hospital on Monday. Jackson was in no mood to chat to the press gathered outside Los Angeles’ Cedars Sinai Medical Center when he arrived to spend a little time with his ailing pal. Some sources claim he cut his wrists and took a number of pills. I’m waiting for them to say he was hospitalized for “exhaustion.” Just wait for a couple days till when Owen’s reps come out with a planned conference or speech about the health of the actor, and then will be the time to see all the innocuous and funny excuses they will come up with. Well this really not the time to gag about his health and things. Let us leave him alone and recover coz once he’s out the barrage of question and counter gossips that would make headlines would drive him crazy, spare a thought for the poor guy.

Blood Red Wino
You would think that things wouldn’t get more weird when it comes to Amy Winehouse but don’t be fooled. Wino got into a bloody fight wither her husband after he found her ‘cutting’ herself. 24 hours later, she claimed that the man she’d just ‘lost it’ on saved her life.
According to the Daily Mail, the singer who left rehab for the nth time was spotted around London early Thursday morning with cuts and blood on her face, legs and feet. Her hubby Blake had cuts on his face as well.
Scotland Yard said that no charges would be filed in connection with the incident.
By Friday, the couple was seen strolling the streets of London. Wino spoke of plans to go on a holiday. It should be good to get away from all the drama for a while.

Justin Gets Speared
Although it’s pretty much established that Britney Spears is sick and crazy, she’s being called those two things by several music industry insiders for a different reason. Britney has reportedly ditched the chance to do a duet single with former boyfriend Justin Timberlake.
Page Six reported that Justin wrote the song specifically for his former love and that her label was counting on the song to be the launch pad for her comeback. But before she could even fly out to record the song, Britney abruptly canceled the session.
Jive is still backing Britney up but execs are worried about her bombing.
Oh come on! Admit it, you’re expecting it.

Midler wrongly fells 200 Hawaii trees
Bette Midler cut down more than 230 trees around one of her properties on the island of Kauai without a permit, and the state has recommended she be fined.
The staff of the Board of Land and Natural Resources recommended $6,500 in fines for having the trees felled and for building a graded road without permits required for the land zoned for conservation use.
The singer and actress will pay the fines and will follow a replanting program, her attorney Max W. J. Graham said.
The actress and movie star, who was born in Honolulu, didn’t realize permits were needed to remove the trees on a vacant 58,000-square-foot parcel of land on Kauai’s North Shore, Graham said.
“The whole idea with cutting the trees down was with the idea of improving the lot with native species” instead of the nonnative, invasive species that had grown there, Graham said. “It’s unfortunate that a mistake was made.”
The National Tropical Botanical Garden, which maintains three gardens on Kauai, will design a replanting plan that consists of appropriate native plants, Graham said.
A botanist hired by Midler after the fact said 120 Java plum trees, 100 octopus trees and 10 to 20 Madagascar olive trees that were cut down were all nonnative species. Some native trees also were removed from the property, the botanist said.
Midler, known for her longtime commitment to the environment, was once known as the Compost Queen and appeared on billboards in Los Angeles advocating green recycling containers are for yard trimmings.
Midler is set to replace Celine Dion as a headline performer at Las Vegas’s renovated Caesars Palace next year.

In and Out Wino
She’s in, she’s out and she’s back in again.After a short time outside of rehab as first reported by The Sun, it looks like Amy Winehouse is back in to get some dire help. It seems that Wino was merely tying up some loose ends. Her publicist just released a statement regarding it “Amy Winehouse is putting all her touring commitments for this month on hold until further notice in order to address her health issues. Amy will now not be performing at this weekend’s V Festival in Chelmsford and Staffordshire. Her family has requested that the media respect Amy’s privacy at this time.”
Try to make her go to rehab she said ‘yes, no, yes’.
