Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are a surprisingly private couple.

First she gets pregnant and they stay tight-lipped, now the Hollywood couple were reported to have tied the knot in secret.

US magazine Star had believed Brangelina wed over the weekend in a ceremony held in New Orleans.

However, their spokesperson claimed to have ‘no idea’ about the news when questioned.

Curiouser and curiouser…

Meanwhile, another US outfit, People, say that the couple are NOT married and, in fact, are not even in New Orleans at the moment - they say the couple are in Texas while Brad films a new movie.

Star magazine have since retracted their report, releasing a statement saying: “After further investigation, the sources are not standing by their story.”

One thing’s for sure though, Angelina’s belly is getting bigger and I’m sure it’s not because she’s been scoffing deep fried Mars bars…

After much speculation, it has been confirmed. Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are expecting another child. This will be their second child together and will be their fifth child total. They have adopted children Maddox (age 6), Pax (age 4), and Zahara (age 3). They already have one birth child, Shiloh (age 1).

Angelina finally showed the baby bump as she and Brad attended the Film Indeendent’s Spirit Awards on Saturday. A source close to them says, “They are very, very happy.”

Mentwabe Dawit is the biological mother of the two year old little girl, Zatara, Angelina Jolie adopted. Recently she came forward to the press with a surprising story.
It seems that her daughter has been conceived during a creepy night, down on an alley, where she had been raped by a villain.
Unable to make an abortion in her country, scared and not ready for motherhood, Mentwabe Dawit had the child but soon became unable to feed her. Ravished, she seeks refuge away from the baby, and so Zatata got to be adopted by Angelina.
I know Joile has a big heart and all, but I’m starting to wonder if she adopted the little girl just because she felt connected to her or the tragic story behind her birth had something to do with her decision…we all know how she loves good publicity.

I think she and Brad are doing a great job trying to make more kids happy but the thing is that I don’t see them both happy anymore. They look like they struggle and I don’t understand why they do that to themselves? All those who think that she should open up an orphanage or something similar need to understand that both Angie and Brad would have would have thought about this many a times and would have not been able to find a solution in this regard. Damn man why always have negative thoughts about some celebrities going out of their way and trying to do something good for the needful. Once both of them are out of the country shooting or busy with some commitments and as disaster strikes the kids then the whole world especially the countries from where they have adopted the kids would be crying for the blood. They have adopted and they are the parents and parents always know what’s best for their kids, right dad!

Angelina Jolie once took powerful drug LSD before a trip to children’s paradise Disneyland. The star admits taking the hallucinogenic drug before a trip to the tourist attraction in California. Going to a fun place like Disneyland and that too with powerful drugs shows that this country is filled with bad things and bad people who cannot enjoy the beautiful things without getting high. Isn’t Disney meant to be a fun place where you take the kids and the whole family to have fun and enjoy, but Jolie gives us the feeling that America and it’s people just do not know the meaning of entertainment at all. She says, “I remember taking LSD before I went to Disneyland.” She has also admitted to taking coke, heroin, ecstasy, LSD, everything. This way she gives me the jitters as to what may be the condition of all the young stars that are being introduced to drugs in America and how easily they fall prey to these drugs, I think Hollywood is marooned in this matter.

Do you believe that Angie ever did cook? How do you think she stays so thin, they both have enough money to have lots of help. Tell me one woman that can keep house, maintain a career, fly to all these off the wall places. Take care of four kids all under the age of ten, I may add. Tell me she does not have a great deal of help with the house & kids. Who does the wash? Where ever they go for a shoot they live in the Presidential Suites of the hotels and splurge like there’s no tomorrow, why would she ever bother about cooking food when she can have the best food from anywhere in the world served on her table and even throw the food of the table if she doesn’t like the taste of it. And if these are not star tantrums then I do not know what is. But I don’t blame her either, she does a lot of good work and then if you have people cook for why not just lay back and have wine and dine together.

I swear they make it sound like a rollercoaster ride (most fun theyve ever had)i am so into the idea of adopting but not with Angelina and brad, I mean they’re not even married and we know its not gonna last THE KIDS ARE GONNA BE AN EMOTINAL WRECK! having kids is a rollercoaster ride in itself and I think these two have made the decision that the more the merrier so instead of churning out kids themselves and having a waiting period of nearly an year, these guys have thought of adopting when ever they feel the need for one more to be added to the family. But what’s going to be unique about the Brad-Jolie family is that the kids are going to be from all around the world giving the kids an atmosphere that will be unrivalled at least in Hollywood coz I do not know how other’s around the world follow the adopting pattern.

Angelina Jolie saw firsthand the plight of conflict refugees stranded in the blazing desert near the Syrian-Iraqi border in a visit this week to highlight their ordeal.

The American actress, who is a goodwill ambassador for the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, traveled to Syria and Iraq on Monday and Tuesday, the agency said in a statement. Jolie also separately visited U.S. troops in the area.

“I have come to Syria and Iraq to help draw attention to this humanitarian crisis and to urge governments to increase their support for UNHCR and its partners,” Jolie was quoted as saying by the Geneva-based agency on Tuesday.

She headed home from Syria on Wednesday according to UNHCR officials, after a visit wrapped in secrecy and with no media coverage.

The 32-year-old star of the movie traveled to the al-Waleed refugee camp on the Iraqi side of the border and spoke to some of the 1,200 refugees stranded there, prevented from entering Syria, UNCHR said.

“It is absolutely essential that the ongoing debate about Iraq’s future includes plans for addressing the enormous humanitarian consequences these people face,” she said.

The camp is in a no man’s land between the two countries, one mile from the Iraqi border post and 4.5 miles from the Syrian border.

Jolie, who wore a blue flak jacket and a helmet when she arrived unannounced at the camp, was not immediately recognized by many of the refugees, a large number of whom are Palestinians who have been stranded in the desert encampment since December.

Unlike Iraqis, who are allowed to enter and settle in Syria, Palestinian residents of Iraq are mostly prevented from entering the country, leaving them stranded at the border.

Jolie spent two hours there talking with the refugees through a translator, taking notes, all the while surrounded by bodyguards, according to Qusai Mohammed Saleh, 33, a Palestinian refugee.

“I didn’t recognize her right away, but after she was introduced as Angelina Jolie, I remembered a little, from some of her movies,” he told The Associated Press by phone from the camp.

“She did not like the tragic situation,” Saleh said, adding that she inspected the camp’s medical and hygiene facilities.

Fellow refugee Awad Talha Awad, 48, said he had hopes the visit would make a difference. “Our situation is so difficult,” he said, adding that Jolie was “moved” by some of the conditions she witnessed.

“She felt the sun,” he said of the raging midday summer temperatures. “She did not make any promises but she said, ‘we will make an effort to resolve your situation.’”

UNHCR estimates that more than 4.2 million Iraqis have been displaced since the 2003 U.S.-led invasion, and of these, about two million have fled to neighboring countries, mainly Syria and Jordan, placing a heavy strain on their resources.

Angelina Jolie may be opening the door to reconciling with her long estranged father John Voight.
“I am hoping my relationship with my father will be more private in the future”, Jolie told the U.K.’s Evening Standard newspaper in an interview this week. “At the end of the day we both wish the best for each other and we’ll try to start communicating in some way.”
The actress had little if any contact with hew father. In 2002 he made comments to Access Hollywood suggesting that she was unstable. In interviews Jolie has made it clear that she doesn’t have time for her father. She also claims that he has cheated on her mother, who passed away in January.
In an interview with the Standard Jolie says that the parents of her partner Brad Pitt are really great and have accepted her and the children she had adopted: “When I first met them I came in with two adopted children from other countries and I didn’t know how they were going to be. But they are equally loving with them.”
About her thinner figure the actress says that this is the result of a trauma and not dieting.
“I’ve always been lean and this year I lost my mom and I’ve gone through a lot. I have four kids and I finished breastfeeding – it’s been hard to get my nutrition back on track. Instead of people saying I look like a person dealing with something emotionally, they assume it’s because I want to fit into skinny jeans.”
Jolie has been seemingly everywhere this week, culminating with the New York City premiere of her new film A Mighty Heart. One major challenge in filming the movie, she says, was a scene in which her character gives birth.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt’s latest family addition has officially taken their surnames. A Santa Monica court on Thursday approved Pax Thien Jolie’s name change to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt. Pax, 3, was adopted from a Vietnamese orphanage in March, joining Pitt and Jolie’s children Maddox, 5, Zahara, 2, and Shiloh, 1. Because Vietnamese law makes it difficult for unmarried couples to adopt, Jolie adopted Pax on her own, but he is being raised by both her and Pitt. In April, Jolie formally requested that the court change her new son’s name to Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt. In January 2006, after Jolie made a similar request in the same court, her other adopted children, Maddox and Zahara, were officially named Jolie-Pitt. If Angelina and Brad Pitt continue to adopt a child every year then soon they could be parents of a dozen kids and the house will be a screaming place with children. On a more serious note the work that Angelina has done should be appreciated no end.

In a rare showing of emotion, the world (or at least those that watched the Today Show) saw an emotional Angelina as she shed tears due to Ann Curry’s line of questioning. When asked about the loss of her beloved mother early this year, the normally cool, calm and collected Jolie began to cry. She spoke of wanting to be a good mom to her kids just like her mom was to her.

This is the mother that people have been criticizing about not loving her own flesh and blood Shiloh because she doesn’t hold her as much as Pax, Maddox or Zahara. I think she remains a hard edge so the paparazzi don’t chew her up and spit her out like most celebrities *cough*Britney*cough*. But in reality, she harbors those deep maternal instincts that no mother is without.
