Book claims Angelina Jolie and Mick Jagger were lovers
Angelina Jolie, 34, and Mick Jagger were lovers, according to the bombshell claim of a new book.
The UK Sun reports a book that was six years in the making unveils an affair with the Rolling Stones rocker while he was married to leggy Texan model Jerry Hall.
The book, titled Brad Pitt And Angelina Jolie: The True Story by biographer Jenny Paul claims the couple had an affair after Jolie appeared in the band’s Anybody Seen My Baby? video in 1997.
Jolie, now partnered with Pitt, 46, was reported by Paul to have had another affair with Jagger in 2003. She has been twice-married, to Jonny Lee Miller, 37, in 1996, and to Billy Bob Thornton, 54, for three years before they were divorced.
Paul lists Jolie’s punk rocker friend “Texas Terri”, along with an ex-boyfriend of her mother, as among her sources. Terri told celeb weekly Life & Style: “Hollywood will be rocked by these revelations.” Paul also reports Jolie dated Colin Farrell for four months after the 2004 movie Alexander.
Jagger is now 66, and divorced from Hall, 53. Agents for Jagger and Hall declined to comment.

Angelina Jolie’s movie character Lara Croft has street named after her
Angelina Jolie’s most famous movie character has been honoured.
Lara Croft, brought to life in two movies by the actress, has had a street named after her in the UK.
The town of Derby in England had a new road to name and it turns out that Core Design, the company that created the Tomb Raider video games featuring treasure-hunting Brit archaeologist Lara Croft, is based in Derby.
So, after a vote by the local residents, it was decided the street will now have the name Lara Croft Way.
There is no word yet if Jolie, who is currently in Paris filming her new movie The Tourist, will make the trip to the UK for the dedication ceremony.

The casting of Angelina Jolie, 34, in a Kay Scarpetta movie has reportedly got fans of the fictional medical examiner up in arms. Scarpetta’s creator Patricia Cornwell, however, favours the choice of Jolie for heroine. Some fans, according to the Daily Mail, believe Jolie’s exotic look is wrong for the petite, middle-aged Scarpetta with the short blonde hair. But Cornwell said: “When Angelina came out of the left field last year, I was floored.” Cornwell said Jodie Foster was her first choice for Dr Scarpetta, but Foster turned down the part, the paper reports. She added that she had talked to Jolie on the set of her last film, Salt, and was impressed by her concept for Scarpetta. Cornwell said:”Angelina had pithy things to say about what she wanted to do. She was direct and goal-oriented. She waited on everyone, getting them their lunch, while her own staff was seated. She was aware intuitively how other people were feeling and wanted to make them comfortable. It was not typical for people of her stature.” The Imdb website reports an untitled Scarpetta project with Jolie as its only cast member so far is in the works for 2012. -
Angelina Jolie buys Brad $20,000 olive tree for Valentine’s Day
Actress Angelina Jolie has reportedly bought Brad Pitt a $20,000 olive tree for Valentine’s Day.
The new tree will be displayed in the grounds of their French house, Chateau Miraval.
A source told UK newspaper The Sun: “Ange bought it from a nursery called The English Garden Centre in Valbonne, near their house. It’s a very special tree and cost her a fortune.”
Brad, 46, and Angelina, 34, recently dismissed reports that they are splitting and were seen together at last weekend’s Super Bowl in Florida.

Actress Angelina Jolie has said the needs of the orphans in Haiti are ‘almost incalculable’.
The 34-year-old star, who is a mum to six young children herself, told of her support for SOS Children’s Villages, which provides long-term care for orphaned and abandoned children.
SOS’s CEO Heather Paul said that Jolie ‘has seen our work over the years firsthand – from Darfur refugee camps to rural areas of Africa and the Middle East… SOS is there before the tragedy, during the tragedy, and long after the cameras have gone home. So is Angelina Jolie’.
The Salt star also gave her comment in a statement and said that SOS has been looking after 300 abandoned or orphaned children and was also looking after over 4,000 children and families in Haiti.
She said: “That was before the earthquake. Now the needs for orphaned children are almost incalculable.”
She added: “As a long-time supporter of SOS, I have visited many of these unique villages personally. I can vouch for their commitment and care for the children.
“As the Haiti situation unfolds, and we all focus in on ways to help these desperate children – I ask you to please learn more about and consider supporting SOS Children’s Villages.”

Actor George Clooney has said if he wants a break from the media attention he just invites round his pals Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie.
Clooney, 48, is starring in new movie Up in the Air, which has received positive reviews and has been said to be Oscar-worthy.
Talking about his life at his villa in Lake Como, he said: “It takes you out of the spotlight for several months at a time.
“It’s much easier for me to hang out with friends at a restaurant in Laglio or a lot of the other small villages and towns without 50 photographers showing up in half a hour.
“My life over there takes me away from the circus aspects of being a celebrity and that’s a pleasant change for me.
“Whenever I want, I can always stage a diversion and invite Brad, Angie and their 15 children to come and visit.”

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie is reportedly not keen on US President Barack Obama and constantly argues with her boyfriend Brad Pitt, who is a big fan.
A source close to the 34-year-old star said to Us Weekly: “She hates him [Obama].”
The source added: “She’s into education and rehabilitation and thinks Obama is all about welfare and handouts. She thinks Obama is really a socialist in disguise. Angie isn’t Republican, but she thinks Obama is all smoke and mirrors.”
However, Pitt, 45, doesn’t share her political views and is a fan of the President.
The source added: “They get in nasty arguments all the time about it. She doesn’t respect Brad when it comes to politics, but, in the end, this won’t tear them apart.”

Hollywood actor Robert De Niro has revealed Angelina Jolie would be his dream co-star.
The 66-year-old actor told EXTRA that Jolie, 34, is one of the actors that he would most ‘love to work with’.
He added: “It depends on the project [who would be] at the top of my list… wonderful actresses.”
Jolie previously starred with De Niro in the 2006 movie The Good Shepherd.
He added that another actress on his list would be The Queen star Helen Mirren.
De Niro said that rapper 50 Cent would be someone he would like to work with off-screen.
He said: “We had some good conversations, and he’s a smart guy. He was very smart about what he was telling me.”

Pirates of the Caribbean star Johnny Depp is reportedly in talks to star with Angelina Jolie in new movie The Tourist.
Depp, 46, is said to be negotiating a role in the movie where he will play an American tourist who is drawn into a web of intrigue by a female Interpol agent, who will be played by Jolie, as she tries to find a criminal who was once her lover.
Graham King from GK Films is financing and distributing the movie, and production is scheduled to start in February following a shift of elements after the departure of two of the crew.
Avatar’s Sam Worthington left the movie along with the director Florian Henckel von Donnersmarck over alleged creative differences.
It is claimed Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban director Alfonso Cuaron, 47, may helm the flick.

After that astounding success of her new single, “3”, now Britney Spears has been voted the best celebrity mom, with a total of 74% in a recent poll, while Christina Aguilera came in second with 12% and the Brood Queen, Angelina Jolie, third. There you have it, that’s the kind of appreciation demanding full custody will get you. But it is surprising that Gwen Stefani didn’t make it in the top with her baby trotting along with her on tour… that’s definitely good motherhood right there.

The youngster wore thin gold bangles while out with Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt.
The actors gave daughter Shiloh two diamond and platinum necklaces for her third birthday in May.
Shiloh also reportedly received jewelled gifts from designer Neil Lane that included a 1.5-carat chain worth $15,000.

Pax, 5, and Shilioh, 3, will both need a visit from the tooth fairy as it appears they have both lost a front tooth.
The kids were spotted recently with mum Angelina, 34, on a shopping trip at Toys ‘R Us in Toulon, France.
Ange and Pitt have four other children together, Maddox, Zahara, Knox and Vivienne.
Pitt, 45, recently told Parade magazine that his six kids: “are a dominant value in my life now, and they weren’t before. They were always something I thought I’d get around to having when the time was right … In a way, I think I had to go and exhaust me before I could be good at being a parent.”
Angelina and Brad started dating in 2005 and their relationship has since attracted a lot of media attention.

Jolie, 34, is reportedly feeling under threat from the 23-year-old.
The pair both want to star in the remake of the 1968 film and are both auditioning for the lead role.
A source revealed: “This will be the first time Ange and Megan have ever faced off for the same role.
“Ange is really feeling the pressure. Ange knows that to win roles she has to look youthful.”
The insider added: “Megan is stunning and fast becoming a huge star. Angelina is petrified.”

Angelina Jolie’s fury erupts after Tarantino’s hashish tale
The public admission of a film director that he smoked hashish with Brad Pitt has sent Angelina Jolie into a tailspin.
“Stop boozing and smoking drugs or check into rehab!” Jolie has ordered Pitt, insiders say.
The reaction follows Quentin Tarantino’s jocular story told to radio host Howard Stern about the night he and Pitt got together in France and decided to collaborate on Inglourious Basterds.
Pitt is said to have earlier sworn off drugs to his partner Jolie in the name of fatherhood. The pair are parents to six children.
“Tarantino’s interview allowed Angie to catch Brad getting high, and she exploded,” said a source. “She gave him a choice – give it up or get out!
“She made it very clear that she didn’t want drugs anywhere near their kids and she said that this was an issue where there weren’t any other options open to him if he wanted their relationship to continue. The same went for his drinking: ‘Go to rehab – or leave.’”.

Brad Pitt: Angelina rumours are not true
Inglourious Basterds star Brad Pitt has hit out at reports that partner Angelina Jolie is “manipulative”, by insisting that the rumours are not true.
Pitt, 45, has been dating Jolie, 33, for the past four years and they have six young children together.
He said: “Anything you read which makes Angie out to be manipulative just isn’t true. I not only love her, but also have the greatest respect for her. The decisions about our life are something we decide together.”
The Burn After Reading star also shot down rumours about the couple having arguments, by claiming that he hates to waste time arguing.
He said: “The thing I am more aware of now is the passing of time. I don’t want to waste any of it, so we don’t waste time arguing between us.
“I don’t know whether I have one day, 10 days, 10 years or another 44 years, so I don’t want to spend a moment on pettiness or bitterness.
“I want to be in the company of those who I really love – it might be chaos, but it gives me joy.”

Hollywood couple Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are reportedly thinking about teaming up again for a sequel to Mr and Mrs Smith.
Brad, 45, and Angelina, 33, met on-set of the film in 2005 and it is now claimed they are thinking of a sequel to the assassin flick.
The pair have reportedly spoken to the film’s screenwriter about a sequel and reports say they want it to focus on their characters’ married life with their children.
A family pal said: “They’re hoping lightning will strike twice and they can re-spark the magnetism that captivated them five years ago.”
The pal added to The National Enquirer: “The romantic action film was penned by screenwriter Simon Kinberg. He’s become close friend of the couple, and Brad’s asked him to write the Mr & Mrs Smith sequel.”

Megan Fox says no more tattoos!
Actress Megan Fox has reportedly vowed not to add any more tattoos to her body.
“They’re definitely addictive,” the 23-year-old beauty said of the body art. “I don’t have any that I truly regret yet, but I’m sure I will at some point.
“I’m trying to refrain from going forward for that reason. I don’t want to be 40, looking at my arm in the mirror and going, ‘Oh my God – what did I do?’”
Fox, star of Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen, has eight tattoos, including an inscription on her right shoulder blade. It reportedly is a reference to Shakespeare’s King Lear and reads: “We will all laugh at gilded butterflies.”
She also has a portrait of Marilyn Monroe on one arm.
The tattoos may have led to comparisons with megastar Angelina Jolie, who has least a dozen all over her body.
Fox has been wowing crowds around the world at premieres for Transformers.

Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie has urged the world to remember the plight of refugees in a new video for the United Nations Refugee Agency.
The Changeling star appears in front of images of refugees – including some harrowing footage of their struggle for survival – as she promotes World Refugee Day for the UN’s Refugee Agency (UNHCR).
“Refugees are the most vulnerable people on earth,” says UNHCR goodwill ambassador Angelina in the video.
“Every day they are fighting to survive.
“They deserve our respect.
“Please don’t forget them.
“Remember them on… World Refugee Day.”
World Refugee Day is on 20 June.

Quentin Tarantino won over Brad Pitt with five bottles of wine
Brad Pitt, a father of six, somehow found time to down five bottles of wine before saying yes to a role in Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds.
The film with its deliberately misspelt title has set Cannes abuzz at its premiere and Pitt has been warm to the press. One American television reporter got close enough to pinch his cheek while interviewing him.
Pitt said of Tarantino’s invitation: “He had me at ‘hello’.”
“Quentin came to visit with the script. We talked about the backstory and about movies. I got up the next day and there were five empty bottles of wine lying on the floor – five – and something resembling smoking apparatus. I don’t know what that was about.
“Somehow I agreed to do the movie and six weeks later I was in a uniform playing Aldo Raine.”
Tarantino has tagged the World War 11 story a “Jewish revenge fantasy”.
The Pulp Fiction director has not shed any light on the film’s odd title, which was inspired by Enzo Castellari’s 1978 movie Inglorious Bastards.
He said: “Here’s the thing. It’s not a typo. I’m never going to explain it. When I do an artistic flourish like that, to describe it would be to invalidate the whole process.”

The actress has apparently been voted the most beautiful woman in the world on an online poll by magazine Vanity Fair. Angelina Jolie came in first place with a staggering 58 percent of votes, while Gisele Bundchen scored second with 9 percent and Halle Berry third with 4 percent. The result maybe doesn’t come as that much of a shock to be honest. But if you exempt the name of the magazine, and consider the poll to be in reference to “on the planet” instead of “in the world”, you might ask yourself why Angelina Jolie won it. After all, maybe there is some undiscovered beauty in the South American rainforest that maybe surpasses all notions of what we might consider today as being “beautiful”. And after all, there is that old saying that “beauty is in the eye of the beholder”… so what beholders beheld Vanity Fair’s site one must wonder.
