Clive Owen ‘cried’ while shooting scenes for Boys Are Back

Boys Are Back star Clive Owen has admitted he ‘cried’ while shooting touching scenes for the new movie.
Owen, 45, took on the real-life role of British journalist Simon Carr in the new flick.
The movie is based on Carr’s memoirs of losing his wife and taking care of their two sons.
Owen said: “Every time I read the scene where I’m telling a boy his mother may not be around much longer, I cried.
“Just the whole idea of that conversation was really painful.
“The film is an exploration of grief, loss and parenting from a guy’s perspective but it’s never heavy or sentimental, just beautifully rough.”
