There are reports that Hollywood actress Katie Holmes has signed up to star in a big screen comedy The Extra Man. The Dawson’s Creek star has been a star performer in the recently completed Broadway play All My Sons and was widely appreciated for her work.

You know what man, it is her Broadway stint that has landed her this new acting offer and not at all a direct result of Tom Cruise being a influential Hollywood celebrity.
