  • John Cleese’s hair was transplanted


    The British comedy actor recently admitted on a talk-show that he has had hair transplant: “”As we’re talking operations, since I saw you last I’ve had a hair transplant.” He also mentioned the reason for this strange treatment: “Because I have got a very strange shaped head. It’s very pointy. And I don’t like wearing wigs.” Now this is just another example of some people not being able to accept that fact that they’re getting old. What’s next? Botox? (this hypothesis however does seem quite funny) As a great comedian once said: “We can’t take the fact that we get older so… we bullshit ourselves!” May he rest in peace!

  • Chicken Allergy Reason For Britney’s Son’s Hospitalization

    Medical reports that have become available from sources of the doctors who treated Britney’s son during his hospitalization was probably due to an allergic reaction to fried chicken.

    The incident took place on November 9 2008 when he suffered what is thought to be a seizure and going into a “vague & unresponsive state” and the condition occurred when Jayden James consumed food from a takeaway in the close vicinity. Thereafter he was rushed Southwest Mississippi Regional Medical Center in Kentwood, Louisiana.

    The doctor it is said left no stone unturned to dig for the reasons behind what lead to such a terrifying reaction.

    Kevin Federline, Britney’s ex-husband said through his attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan that he was impressed with the way Britney Spears handled the situation. But surely Britney Spears might not be very happy with the events, she is a very busy person and the little time she get to spend with the kids and if during that time something as frightening as this happens it really steals away some of the precious little time from her.

    Maybe the next she takes her kids out she be a bit more careful with the food she chooses for them.

  • Salma Hayek Obsessed With Breastfeeding

    If there is one movie star who should get a starring role as breastfeeding endorser then it is Salma Hayek. Her daughter Valentina is already one year old but Hayek is still breastfeeding her to the point of becoming addicted to it. The more she breastfeeds her daughter she said, the more she is encouraged to continue doing so especially when she sees the positive effects of breastfeeding on her daughter.

    The thousands of breastfeeding advocates might get biffed though because Hayek debunks the claim that breastfeeding can help a woman get rid of pregnancy pounds. Hayek, who gave birth in September last year, said this is a myth which is not true but she does not care if she is fat.

    Hayek is taking motherhood seriously saying she wants her daughter to go into the world of fashion when she grows up, following the footsteps of her father Francois-Henri Pinault who is the head of Yves Saint Laurent, Balenciaga, Bottega Veneta and Gucci. In fact she brings her daughter when she goes shopping and teacher her iconic names in fashion.

    Despite being busy with motherhood, she also spends time as Pampers-UNICEF spokesperson in its bid to increase global awareness about neonatal and maternal tetanus. She even took time out to visit Sierra Leone in West Africa for the campaign. Under the campaign Proctor & Gamble, the company behind Pampers, would sponsor one tetanus vaccine for every specially-marked diaper pack sold before the year ends. Go-go Salma!

  • Mark Ronson is furious with Amy Winehouse


    Producer Mark Ronson is very angry with Amy Winehouse because she has dashed his hopes of making a James Bond theme song. A source stated in the Daily Express: “All Mark needed was Amy’s voice to make their Bond dream come true so when the movie came out Amy Winehouse called Mark and said, ‘Let’s do something bigger than Bond. It’s a shame we haven’t got our names up there.’” It’s a shame Amy went over herself and missed out on the chance… guess another so-called friendship (more like “working collaboration plan) went down the drain.
