After more than a decade of planning and budgeting, the Nashville music industry is set to build a $95 million senior living community which will be targeted to retirees from the music industry. As of right now, it’s set to open in 2013 in Franklin, Tennessee and will be called The Crescendo at Westhaven. The complex will featured apartments ranging from $300,000 to $650,000 and will even include financial assistance for those who are eligible. Country singer Martina McBride is supporting the project saying “It’s just very unique, and I think it really will fit the needs of so many people who have been involved in the music industry in such a special way.” Maybe she’ll be one of the first to occupy the place.
Miley Cyrus has been dating 20-year old Justin Gaston, an underwear model and aspiring country singer. Mind you, Miley is just about to turn 16 in November. An eyewitness tells OK! “Miley and Justin were really playful with each other. And for being with her parents, they were extremely touchy-feely. Miley had her hands on Justin’s stomach. They definitely seemed like a couple. Her parents, Billy Ray and Tish, really gave them space.” Billy Ray, who is the host on ‘Nashville Star’ where Justin used to compete, reportedly took Justin under his wing and eventually introduced him to Miley. The Director at Vision Modelling where Justin is signed spoke highly of the guy saying “He doesn’t drink. He doesn’t smoke. He’s a very up-and-up guy.”

The song starts off like ‘Hot as Ice’ from Brit’s last album ‘Blackout’. ‘Candy From Strangers’ reportedly features the likes of Laze & Royal. The first official single ‘Womanizer’ off her upcoming album actually dropped on September 22. Maybe ‘Candy From Strangers’ was a buzz maker. Whatever it was meant to be, it still has the potential to become a single after ‘Womanizer’.
