How much longer ’til she’s found dead?????
According to recent reports, Amy Winehouse cancelled a Paris show just 2 hours before she was scheduled to appear on Friday.
The concert producers are so pissed off at her that they have decided to pursue legal action against her.
According to the producer’s official statement:
“We were told by Winehouse’s agent at 8pm that she would not be there, and we were forced to cancel the performance. We have still not been given any explanation of the exact reasons for her absence. We are very sorry about this situation and share the disappointment of the festival-goers.”
Insiders claim that Winehouse’s musicians had arrived on Thursday night and rehearsed the following morning for the evening’s show.
The band practicing alone without the artist should’ve tipped off the producers already! They should have done something when they saw the band rehearsing with out the “star”. However, they shouldn’t have gotten her in the first place! She’s been a disaster as of late. Didn’t they know that?
Winehouse’s publicist did not comment about the impending lawsuit, however she shed some light on the crack addict’s health:
“Amy Winehouse is currently at home recovering. The illness is nothing serious, nothing that some time in bed and not singing won’t cure.”
Like I said, why do people even bother to book her gigs? Are they hoping for the rare chance that she might actually show up for the disaster of performance?
