Michael Jackson may end up becoming the next Celine Dion – and I’m not talking about the wardrobe. TheVegasEye is reporting that Colony Capital, the group responsible for bailing Jacko out of his Neverland debt, may be angling to put the fallen King of Pop on the Vegas stage. What’s in it for Colony? It’s being said that Vegas money is on Jacko headlining there and raking in a much-needed jackpot. They already have the venue (it’s the same one that Barry Manilow performed on) and the leverage to put Jacko on stage. It may actually happen. But then again, can he still sing?
OK! magazine is reporting that Ashlee Simpson has officially announced her pregnancy to everyone at her wedding reception. While promoting her latest album ‘Bittersweet World’, Ashlee was always coy when asked question about her pregnancy. This may be as official as it’s going to get. Ashlee and Fall Out Boy bassist Pete Wentz were married on Saturday evening during an intimate sunset ceremony at the home of her parents. Congratulations go to the happy couple for both their marriage and their expected bundle of joy. Since Ashlee isn’t showing yet, she’s still in the early stages of her pregnancy, no more than 3 months perhaps. I wonder what they’ll be having, a boy or girl.
