Isaiah is Out
With news of TR Knight’s successful negotiations for a new contract to come back to the set of Grey’s Anatomy next season, we all have to wonder about Isaiah Washington.
In an effort to right the wrongs, make peace and return the balance, ABC has confirmed that the controversial Washington will not be returning to the set next season.
After his homophobic slur towards TR Knight, his physical attack against Patrick Dempsey and his ‘regular’ problematic behavior on set, I give kudos to ABC for finally taking action. It’s better late than never.
True to his violent tendencies however, Isaiah released a statement in response to his firing by saying ‘I’m mad as hell and I’m not going to take it anymore’.
